Christians are like "we don't live in a spirit of fear" and then be scared of literally everything

Dad, I can't buy used clothes. They're demonic. Only Prada and Gucci are sanctified by Jesus.

everyone who thinks celestial event themed jewelry is demonic, DO NOT look up how the date of Easter is decided each year

There were a few girls like this in my high school. They were scared of everything; secular music, movies, books that weren't the bible, poetry, black clothing, dyed hair, makeup, CDs, ethnic food, languages other than English....
While they were annoying, I felt bad for them. It cant be great on your mental health to be so constantly scared of everything.

As someone who relied on thrift stores for most of my clothes, toys, etc. growing up due to poverty, that girl is definitely coming from a place of privilege. She basically went where poor people shop and said "ew God hates this actually."

What's wild is they don't think AI is demonic, despite it being outright sorcery by their own standards.

I have been thrifting and antiquing for over two decades. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the day that I actually bring home a haunted item!

The guy yelling in front of Spirit Halloween reminds me of when I went to a anime convention in San Antonio and a group of people were yelling in front of the building about how we were all going to hell because we were in cosplay. A Jesus cosplayer came rolling up on a skateboard and told them to chill. I later saw the Jesus cosplayer in the row in front of me at the drag show later that night lol.

"Yelling about Jesus in a Spirit Halloween" sounds like a Cards Against Humanity card.

0:57 'god revealed to me'......no bestie i think you just had a thought

The same people who would say the stuff in a thrift store may have bad energy see nothing wrong with something brand new made in a sweat shop overseas 🙄🙄🙄

Christians who only want to consume Christian products are just reinventing kosher and halal food which is very very funny.

So glad we live in the 21st century so when Christians say something's demonic, we can say "No" and not get burned at the stake for witchcraft

@nightsongswings 4 days ago

No, please, let them think rain and sunlight are demonic, it means they'll have to move to Pluto to avoid it.

@theadora9377 5 days ago

Gonna go out on a limb here and guess what that first girl was feeling was just classism lol

@gisellenoemi1922 5 days ago (edited)

Even when I was a Christian, I always asked “If God protects us and is all-powerful, why am I supposed to be scared of objects?”

As a person with OCD, who was not diagnosed until I was an adult, I shudder to think how this type of teaching would have affected me if I grew up in a family and church that taught that everything was demonic.

“You don’t know what these people are doing to these items in their home environments” yeah girl that’s why you wash the clothes before you wear them.
