On locker delivery, my dad tried that once and the courier said they couldn't get the flippin' thing to work--their own locker!--and so they just didn't deliver it at all*. So now, we won't be using locker delivery for the foreseeable future. 😅 Love the idea; it's just awkward *and doesn't seem to work sometimes, and has zero reasonable fallback. The zero fallback is the real issue, I think.
On battery percentage, I guess that comes from having batteries with phones attached to them always showing the percentage and then dying. If the cars just didn't show percentage at all and only showed the range--which is all people really care about--there would be no problem. And then while charging "time until fully charged" would be fine instead of percentage too, which it seems phones have adopted.
It’s frustrating.
So how do we find a way to value trust, as a business, so that the short-sighted don't piss it all away? And how do we find a way to make trust more trustworthy?
