I struggled with an eating disorder for 6 years. Life was tough. I couldn't imagine ever reaching a point where food felt easy.

Back then, the only way I knew how to stop myself from eating was to not keep any food in the house. I didn't understand how other people could have snacks in the cupboard or food in the fridge and just not think about it.

These days, my freezer is stocked with ice-cream and my cupboard is full of snacks, and I don't feel the need to overeat any of it. That's what a truly healthy relationship with food looks like.

And I want that for you too.

Don't let food noise keep you from the life you're meant to live. Think about what this is really costing you, not just financially, but emotionally too. I used to spend hundreds a month on takeout (honestly the thought of it still makes me feel uneasy). But the real cost wasn't just the money, it was the years I lost feeling stuck and unable to move forward.

I want to show you that it does get better and that living without food noise is possible. Don't believe anyone who tells you it'll always be part of you. That is completely untrue.
