The fact that this album is 23 YEARS OLD and is STILL THIS GOOD!!

This is a play-through album. Every single track is incredible, which is extremely rare in music. Meteora is a piece of art.

I love when the younger generation discovers Linkin Park for the first time. It always gives me chills to see the music I was listening to in middle school move people the way it did all those years ago with me. R.I.P Chester 🙏

Reanimation is basically mandatory after this, it's kinda like an alternate version of Hybrid Theory. Minutes to Midnight on wards the sound changes a lot, so listening to Reanimation while Hybrid Theory is still fresh in your mind makes the most sense IMO.

bro when Meteora came out, I went to my friend's house and we just sat and listened to it on his stereo. We were going insane at the transitions, the songs.... One day, I recall we were at the park and we sang the whole album top to bottom without a disk player, just singing it by memory.

Meteora was literally my teenage years.

Watching people's reaction to LP legitimately makes me tear up. They were such an influential part of my life growing up. They still are. Every single album, not just the big 3. Chester and Mike will always be my favorite duo. I love when people appreciate other genres ❤

Meteora is like a sequel to Hybrid Theory that is just as good. Banger after banger.
My favorite one is Lying from you.

Man, we will miss Chester to this day. Never forget

Honestly as a kid listening to LP's Hybrid Theory followed by Meteora was euphoric and life changing. RIP Chester. Linkin Park was such an incredible experience. Glad you share in the love!

Linkin park means a lot to an entire generation that's why your hybrid theory video explodes

This album is genuinely older than me, and listening to it for the first time like 20 years later and falling in love with the band is not something I thought I'd ever do.

I love that you're actually listening to the full songs, no cuts! Linkin Park was one of the biggest parts of my childhood, teenage years and made me overcome so much hardship. I love when people discover new music. Keep it up!

Saw them live at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville in 2004 or 2005. They were the main headliner there with POD and Story of the Year. Meteora had just come out. It was insane. And then like 10 min after the show closed, they came back out and sang “My December” as an encore which is like a hidden song - you should listen to it cuz it’s really sad lyrically especially considering what we now know Chester was going through his entire life.

12:55 Chester had a unique ability to sledgehammer feelings into the Listener's heart. He could convey emotions into his vocals like a voice actor

34:07 Breaking the Habit feels like rock opera. It has that grandiosity, flawlessly performed vocals, emotional intensity you can hear in the voice. It's incredible, it's peak storytelling
