yep... deadpool done got flanderized...

That’s just honestly the problem with Deadpool nowadays. It’s only really just celebrities or corporations pulling the guy to make money.. They don’t really care about representing him tastefully. Ryan did, but clearly dropped the passion around 3. Someone here put it best whenever they said that people can’t tell who’s Deadpool’s best friend is or his arch enemy like they can with Spider-Man or Batman despite being literally in the same league of them in terms of popularity..

Damn that's a hell lot of alcohol that wolverine drank to get shit face must of been drinking for days or weeks

The fact that they didn't have the budget for a big action finale so they made Deadpool leave his guns in the taxi was so fucking funny. Deadpool and wolverine could never have anything that clever.

Everyone acting like other R-rated hero movies didn't exist long before Deadpool maybe I'm old I guess 🤷🏿‍♂️

Dead pool from hulk vs Wolverine was pretty similar to old Deadpool

The regular humans walked into the x mansion and killed Darwin

I swear it feels like I'm the only one who tries to look at the stories being told as more than just "oh man wolverine and Deadpool! They're gonna have to keep them away no cameos or the movie is cheap and Deadpool is too epic chungus"
In all honesty this 3rd movie was really still heartfelt just had a bigger scale.
At the heart of this movie it was about DP trying to become a better hero/person because he thinks it will make his girl love him again.
The cameos honestly didn't overstay over than the introductions but in the end it was DP learning to put his found family over himself ❤

Man, I should rewatch the first two movies. It's been like six years.

I felt crazy being the only one in my friend group and online disappointed by the third Deadpool movie

My thought with the Wolverine failing the xmen thing is moreso survivors guilt, not that he really thinks he could have saved them, just that he wishes he could have tried. I also took “the humans went mutant hunting” to mean it was a massive assault on the x-mansion by the humans, with sentinels and all sorts of mutant killing stuff, and Logan just simplified it because the specifics on how doesn’t matter to him anymore

I'm just glad I got to see an episode of Deadpool introduction from the Ultimate Spiderman episode, and I also remember my uncle used to told me that "I shouldn't watch DP 2" but I still watch it anyway, lol.

The so called "old deadpool" that you've described at the beginning of this video is modern DP. The old DP is the lethal deadpool and acts knowing like the deadpool you grew up with

0:40 I'd be nice if we got a new Task Master like the one from that episode, but disney probbly won't give us that

Deadpool 1 is peak

deadpool went from being arguably cute and tragic, to now just being extremely annoying. he was never high art or super mature in characterization, but he reminded me of a more chibi korean or japanese style character instead of a white guy doing a ryan reynolds impression

One of my first comics when I was 6 was Deadpool.
This was back in 95. THAT is the deadpool I miss. Still wise cracking. Still 4th wall breaking. But it was a charm

(After having seen this video you are right, I've only seen Spectacular and Spider-Man 3 but I can guarantee that they could use more time to actually matter (they being the Symbiote) as well as making it have more substance than just being an angry violent like it is literally everytime, I can see how cool a Spider-Man tv show that's liveaction but we already have too many movies of Spidey and a cartoon can't always reach the standards of the movies rating wise

0:25 Holy shit I have that exact same Poster hanging in my Room!

Bro I am so happy that your video guy recommended to me and you feel the same way about the Deadpool movies like I do. My first in introduction the Deadpool was from Marvel ultimate alliance and I loved him. I haven’t read the comics but I will one day. So the adaptation I’ve familiar with are from ultimate alliance, X men Origin and the first 2 Deadpool Movies. I love Deadpool, I see a lot of myself in him, and I LOVED the first Deadpool and really enjoyed the Second. But this third one… I didn’t really like it like that. Like it was okay, and ppl looked at me crazy when I said my opinions on it. Like Fox built character relationships and bonds in the first 2 and it was nice at the end of 2 that Deadpool had a team. I wanted to see them go on more adventures but they backseated them for the third movie. And the third movie just seemed off. I liked when they got creative with the limited budget and told great stories. 3 had 5 different writers and it shows. Too many writers in the room. I hated that Disney hired 2 new writers and didn’t wanna hire Ryan’s writers. I’m proud of Shawn Levy for writing and directing this movie but I don’t think he was the guy for it. Then it’s a parody movie of the MCU so they did get the tone of the MCU Movies right…but I don’t really like MCU Movies fr (they’re not bad, just not my cup of tea). I found myself bored a few times watching the movie. Because I thought i outgrew the character too but I don’t think that’s the case. I started thinking maybe I make jokes like Deadpool. But no I just didn’t like the movie because it wasn’t like the first 2. You built this story with the first 2 and now we probably won’t see them
Again. Then the licensed music seemed off too in the movie. Idk maybe it was too much of a satire movie for me and not a Deadpool based movie

But again, thanks for this video. I feel seen and heard. And thanks for your time if you read this

I just hope Ryan didn’t allow Disney just make Deadpool to just be a joke machine with no depth
