Gotta love how much they overcomplicated something as simple as wolverine accepting charles' proposal to join the X-Men

After watching Deadpool and Wolverine, I'm just really happy for Channing Tatum

The deleted scenes from X-Men 1 and 2 really show how biased Fox was AGAINST CYCLOPS

The funniest part about the X-Men Origins: Wolverine leak is that fact that a Fox News reporter wrote a review of the leaked workprint for Fox and in it bragged about how easy it was to find on the internet. He was unsurprisingly fired after doing this.

Freddy Fazbear was always my favorite X-men member

To give Jeph Loeb the benefit of the doubt, Ultimates 3 was written while his Son, the person Sam Alexander is based on, was dying of bone cancer.

That's why Ultimatum was Magneto  grieving the loss of his kids and just wanting everything to die. Leob never recovered from his son's death

"Nightcrawler would also breakdance" caught me off-guard lmao

Now that I really think about it, the X-Men Film Series had SO MUCH missed potential. Scrapped characters, scenes, entire installments, surely at least some of them could've been utilized well.

EDIT: I've come realize the root of this stems from most of Fox's decisions.

Yeah so uh... a little thing you should know about the Insomniac leak that nobody talks about is that it also revealed that Insomniac was actually pressured by Sony into laying off some of it's employees.

I find it interesting that the voice of Solid Snake himself David Hayter wrote the screenplay of the early X-Men films.

Never thought that Xavier and Magneto’s kid would try and bring about Human Instrumentality, but it’s nice to see that he’s got a hobby or two.

42:00 It's about time that Freddy Fazbear's contribution to the X-Men has been talked about.

49:44 Len Wein (R.I.P.) mentioned that while he was working on the Nightcrawler series, the editorial team instructed him not to create any new characters. This was because, if the characters were adapted into a movie, they would automatically belong to Fox. I think that's the most concrete evidence that there was an anti-X-men push in the 2010s.

“out of the kindness of his redditor heart” 💀

"This film never happened..."
Say the line, Pigpen.
"Because of the Disney/Fox merger."
YYYYAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!

as a jean grey apologist and gay man; the iceman outing and memes joking about jean being homophobic is hilarious to me.

I love how unexpectedly happy the ending of Eye-Scream's story is. From obscure joke villain to an honorary X-Man.

It’s disappointing that we lost the X-Force movies in the buyout, but also a whole Deadpool movie about saving Xmas would’ve sucked lol

Much like DCEU's canceled plans being chalked up to Gunn's DCU, the FoX-Men ones can easily be summarized as "Because the Disney buyout." With both of these franchises, it would make for an interesting discussion, if these franchises would've done well or not, if these overhauls never happened.
