I don't know if anyone noticed it but the VERY last shot of the Episode 8 promo is John finally learning to fly.

I feel like I need 8 more episodes lol

I don't think hal Jordan is dead. His strength of will is to strong for him to give up.

Remember Zoe killed Abin Sur after he saved her purely because he knew her secret. Hal figured out Noah is a manhunter and that knowledge can not be tolerated. Hal would not fight back against Kerry or Noah. I wonder if Lianna could be the lynch pin and not Noah. Was Lianna going rogue from the other guardians to pursue Yellow/Fear as a better power source to guard against Blackest Night. She led Sinestro to Ant-ay- ayn planet to work on researching Fear. The experiments went poorly and caused the apocalypse on the yellow planet. Lianna used Zoe as the scapegoat and told Sinestro to keep quiet about their research.

So we all going to act like Ryan didn't just snap at Doug?

Old Hal finds the blackhole device somewhere that implicates Noah is a Manhunter, Kerry finds out. Old Hal realizes he will probably he killed because of this knowledge he stashes the blackhole and gets John’s mom to get John to visit him, he tells John not to tell anyone they met so the Manhunter doesn’t come after John too. Kerry kills Hal to safeguard her son.

I just wanna say, thank you for being one of the few people who went into this show with actual Green Lantern knowledge. I admit I wasn’t even the biggest GL fan until the last couple years, but I can at the very least do basic research.

I don't think we will see John Stewart in a Green Lantern suit next week. Mentally preparing myself for that eventuality.

My theories:

- Billy and his friends tried to burn Hal alive, setting fire to his home.
- To save his life, Carrie takes his body to the healing machine.
- Noah IS a synthetically created Manhunter (something about Carrie allowed her to carry him to term) and his blood is what heals Hal.
- When Carrie and Noah reveal Noah’s existence/abilities, Hal says he needs to tell the Guardians about him.
- To save Noah’s life, Carrie takes Hal’s.
- Hal tells John not to tell anyone he met with him because he needed the clues to point to Carrie being the only suspect of his death.
- Sinestro gives John Hal’s (or his own) Lantern Battery, allowing John to finally take on the Green Lantern mantle.
- John allows Noah to live, realizing being a Green Lantern means doing the right thing, not just blindly trusting the Guardians.

Future:
- I want Hal to come back to life, adapting the Rebirth storyline.
- I want Sinestro to be revealed in an end-credits scene that he discovered how to harness Fear, creating a yellow lantern power ring on the planet after Halogram and John leave.

The battery John has in the season finale preview is YELLOW!

In regard to Zoe’s posture, I have not heard anyone address Sheriff Kerry’s statement saying ,”You don’t know how ruthless she can be.” I guess we may find out what she meant about Zoe in this last episode.

I think we are forgetting how much John’s mom wants him to be a lantern and she sent him back to rushville.

@sunniobono87 2 days ago

Detective Kane could also feel guilty because Noah shot Hal after learning what he was

Three things SC doesn’t focus on enough: Lianna was not a normal guardian. She didn’t look like one, and Guardians don’t groom lanterns from birth as far as we’ve ever seen. Hal was found where he first met Kerry and he seemed to not resist being shot, strongly implying she was involved somehow. Hal did have the portal to Sinestro locked up — so somehow he knew about the escape or where Sinestro is. Finally, it looks like there is a clone of Hal involved in this somehow, both from the trailer at the slaughterhouse and the dubbing accident earlier in the series where dialogue is attributed to a “Clone of Hal” at the slaughterhouse. I don’t think Hal’s body is a clone although it’s possible, but I think a clone of Hal was involved in the Oa breakout and may have been involved in setting up the storage unit.

Ring Hal told us last episode who killed him. And his unique green lantern strength is his gut instinct.

@7theodious7 2 days ago

Hal never let go of Rushville even after he lost his ring. Just like before he went back because something fishy is going on still in Rushville. Kerry was just a bonus.

Just thought of something... This last episode with Young Hal going back at the end to get his baseball has to mean Hal isn't dead and he will definitely get his ring back. It all fits, his dad telling him to give it up but Hal isn't going out like that. Grokvoxus start today!!

This last episode with Young Hal going back at the end to go get his baseball has got to be signaling that Hal isn't dead and he is definitely going to get his ring back. It all makes sense, his dad telling him to just give it up but Hal isn't going down like that.

@johnnyjocoserious3733 2 days ago

I’m calling it. John is going to have his Neo moment.
John - are you saying I’m going to get a ring?
Hal-o-gram - no John, I’m saying when you’re ready you won’t need one
