Sinestro held fake Hal hostage. He wasn't suprised to see him alive. He didn't kill him.

That felt like a reach my guy

Bro...that's a lot to ask from one episode.

Bro did not cook with this theory 😂😂😭

Getting my yoga mat ready for all this reaching that’s about to happen.

unless the finale is like 2 hours+ I can't imagine hammond being anywhere near as prominent as this theory makes him. long time comic fans know the character, but for show-only fans that would be a complete rug pull that would require the episode to revolve entirely around him in order to flesh him out at all. given how strong of characters hal and John are, I can't imagine the finale not heavily featuring them, and we're going to need a lot of screen time for sinestro to mean anything at all.

I truly hope it's none of these things. For a show that has been pretty well focused, that would be the ultimate cluster---- finale.

I think it was Lianna (the Guardian who recruited John) who freed Sinestro because she had already been shown to manipulate John using fear. She has the tools, technology, and authority to free Sinestro and let him escape without being caught.

She intends to make Sinestro the first Yellow Lantern because we already know that she also wants to revamp the Lantern Corps and its selection process. However, she cannot easily overthrow the other Guardians on her own, so she is creating something new: the Yellow Lantern Corps.

I also think that either Kerry or her Manhunter son, Noah, killed Hal. Hal probably chose to sacrifice himself so that Noah would not turn into a full Manhunter and continue following his innate programming, which was likely implanted in him by Zoe.

In the end, I believe that Lianna will either be killed or banished by the other Guardians, while John Stewart will be officially chosen to become a Green Lantern by the Guardians for being strong enough to resist the ring itself and clean up the their mess. Guy Gardner will keep his ring.

In the next Superman movie, the Green Lantern Corps could probably be closer to their portrayal in the comics because a lot of the uniqueness in how the Corps are run and managed in the Lanterns show is an original spin that can be explained as Lianna screwing around.

I think it’s Kerry. It is the least far out there theory then it being a clone of Hal shooting him self. She has shown this behavior, she knew the manhunter from day 1 when Hal and John started looking for the manhunter but she acted like she didn’t

This feels more like a fanfic than a theory. And by fan, I mean FANTASY.

A lot of ground for 1 more episode

The real parallax will be the friends we made along the way

They show the fire in Hal's 2 story house. Then they show him with the skin tag from the machine. He wasn't duplicated. He was burned up like John was in the car fire and re-skinned.

Yeah I don't see this show namedropping Hammond as a false identity meant to throw the Lanterns off the Manhunter's trail only to have somebody else show up later in the season to be like "hey remember that guy who was pretending to be Hammond for like 5min several episodes ago? Well I'm the real Hammond!"-

Feels like you recorded this before Sunday

it can’t be Sonestro

I really don't think it was Sinestro because he held the "Halo-gram" hostage... almost like he thought he'd be able to use Hal to get out of there. So I don't even think he knows Hal is dead

Everything about this show is brilliant 💯

It was the lad. Hal didn't stop him because he felt guilty/sorry for him and also because he was humpin the mum. There is no reason to give the kid any screentime unless he was involved in a big plot point, and there is only really one big plot point left to resolve.

kerry lilled him because he couldn't kill himself. he asked her to since hal knows the manhunter is noah and the only way hal can "let go of the ball" is if he were dead. sinestro and the yellow corps is next season
