Just some feedback, James. A lot of the time when you’re talking, you can sort of tell that you’re already thinking about how the audience might react to what you’ve just said. Then you’ll caveat it, apologise, or start again.

Just talk, James. You’re a lovely guy, and I think that’s probably why you do it, you care about how what you say comes across. But just say it how it naturally comes out. No human being is 100% faultless or accurate all the time, and people will always have something to say regardless. Trust yourself and keep going.

Release the Pepstein Files

Bring on the 2019 - 2026 investigation.

Only city fans think the PL is out to get them, everyone else is thinking its about time.

Now what about Micheal Oliver getting paid for reffing a game Citeh owner organised????!!!

The rich don't think the rules and the laws apply to them.

James you can stop the, "if it's true" line. They have been found guilty, so in the eyes of the law IT IS TRUE. Not going to keep repeating myself, but also don't put too much stock into the appeal. It is very limited and has a high legal bar to succeed. It's pretty much dead in the water.

Never admit fault always attack the accuser, textbook guilty response

The punishment should be as outlandish as the cheating.

There’s no way this stopped in 2018!!

Looking into the figures it’s actually crazy!!

You’d assume as the seasons went on and they won more trophies the revenues would be more legit , but in the 17/18 season their legit sponsorship revenue was 11m and they added 134m on top.

From that point on their revenues have grown every year except Covid season. There’s no way these sponsorship revenues suddenly become legit after 2018. If anything they probably cheated more as they kept getting away with it

Everton were deducted 10 points for being £24m over the £105m annual loss for one year. Citeh are £900m over 10 years. So that equates to a 375 points deduction 😂… LOOKOUT!

Appeals are not about introducing new evidence that's done. Appeals are argued that either 1. There was an error in due process 2. That the legal determination was incorrect 3. Fundamental issues in impartiality and that the tribunal was biased against city.  They are not going to overturn verdicts they will always be cheaters.

SHAMpagne Supernova 😂😂😂

"sham" is an actual "Legal" term used in Law

Moral of the story; NEVER, EVER UNDERESTIMATE DAVID ORNSTEIN.

A little perspective in practical terms on the impact of their cheating. As a Villa fan, Villa and City were in and around each other in league standings for about 6 seasons with Villa just starting to pull ahead of them. From 2008/9 season onwards City suddenly began to pull away from Villa. What is significant is that City around that time also raided Villa for Milner and Barry, luring them away eith big salaries. And from then on, Villa and City took different paths, City towards the top of the league and Villa not so much.

The irrefutable evidence - if it existed - would have been submitted already. Nobody waits until after they have been convicted to show irrefutable evidence of their innocence.

I'm 27. When this all started, I'd have been 8 or 9 - can barely tell left from right at that age. So, it's occured to me that my entire footballing life, I've only ever seen a compromised league.

It's not the commission's "opinion" either, it's their "findings" or "verdict".

Premier league clubs should refuse to play against them until their appeal is resolved
