I feel like sometimes we baby our plays too much instead of demanding more im looking around other clubs like Barca, Flick this season has been giving microwave minutes to his 2 fullbacks that he won the league with and fans support his decisions and demand more from them but instead we side with the players & you have some fans saying “I feel sorry” for this player and that player, we just won the league players need to step up

that is why i agreed with turkish in the summer, as much as i understood james when saying konsa for saliba is more crucial, which maybe was right, when mosquera went down,  i still agreed with turkish, the defence had solutions even though they were not ideal, we had enough midfielders, that in a defence crisis rice CB, skelly LB option, making callafiori and hincapie and salmon could make back 4 alternatives, even though not ideal and that would include losing saliba timber and white and mosquera...... bt our attack the state it was, losing 2 attacker, means gyokeres and eze have to play now all games back to back to back, with noni capable playing for eze once in a while, bt we cannot get more injuries.. our attack was in a state, unlike the defence who our midfielders can be solutions for the defence even though not ideal, i have not even included zubi as a RB for arteta.  our midfielders cannot offer solutions for the attack,  except merino for gyokeres,  but you cannot play, bruno rice skelly zubi on the wing , the attack fall to a crisis after 3 injuries, that is why i sided with turkish view on the attack, I know james did also want both, but i know my club, typical 😂they always make us choose, and that is why i sided with the attack more than the the konsa signing

I fear this is setting up to be a self-fulfilling prophecy. Eze plays out of position in the place we want to see him at and if he struggles, Gyokeres replacing Kai looks even worse than we'd think because Eze is overthinking and not feeding him and we inevitably end up playing every ball predictably down the right.

At the moment, I'm thinking we need to find Cali and put him in bubble wrap so that Hincapie doesn't need to start to completely freeze the dynamism of the left side. At least the midfield is healthy, so Merino isn't also in to slow the movement down 😂 As it is, I have faith in both guys to figure it out assuming they get consistent time and Saka is due for a hot streak. Plus our title rivals are playing with 115 Swords of Damocles above their heads. COYG!

To win the league, then decide to bank all the profits without investing in transfers is going to come back to haunt them, Gabriel has to step up and score some set piece goals otherwise they might not even finish second

People saying Gyokeres has been poor as if he has played 😂. Just go and see our top goal scorers in 2026 . Im happy Havertz is injured because Arteta's attacking system sucks we need a real striker

at somepoint maybe we should try the youngsters like oneill or harriman annous. maybe dowman coudl play left wing, but that might be a bit much
