Man City Did not stop in 2018!!!

@kilofoxtrotdelta6112 10 hours ago

I said that 900 million was just the tip of the iceberg 😂

@Guav 9 hours ago

They weren't even smart enough to chill out during COVID lockdowns, the only club whose revenue increased.

@PrimordialPluto 9 hours ago

This is what happens when you let people who have never been told no their whole life

@KTK44 9 hours ago

Ha! Their revenue even grew during lockdown. How is that even possible? Shamchester Cheaty.

The findings definitely invite an investigation into 2018/26 including all the undisclosed transfers

@DickersonFamily-q7l 7 hours ago

No more “everything we won since 2018 is legitimate” the cheating is accelerating.

For old boys like myself, this very sad, back in the day Man City were a mid table but respected side. Swales, Lee and Bernstein had the Club at heart. BTW I'm a Liverpool supporter.

This is headed to City having to start from scratch again in the Mikey Williams Premier Division. Apart from everything else that should end them as a business, HMRC, Companies House and the ORBC (office for responsible business conduct) are also taking an interest. And then comes the possibility of criminal charges against those responsible.
Anyone who worked on the commercial side of Man City FC during the relevant years must be feeling a little nervous right now.

This is why i said to temporarily suspend these frauds during the ongoing investigation, they will keep spending more and more money and the task of untangling the web will become more and more difficult. They literally just spent 400 million in the summer, it's bonkers.

@carlito7368 9 hours ago

They spent 400 mill this window!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

@dark_memer42 8 hours ago

They don't want to prove that they are innocent, because they can't prove it

@I.M.CROW. 8 hours ago

If they investigate the latter half city will go bunkrupt.

@AlexeiRamotar 9 hours ago

30+ charges was refusing to cooperate for the period 2018-2023 (when the investigation ended). So they most definitely were cheating.

@andrewturner1876 8 hours ago

Its not the commissions opinion its their verdict

@scottrohlf8851 8 hours ago

The only way to ensure City115 are punished THIS Season is for 15 clubs to vote to expel them out of the Prem.

@Chris. 9 hours ago

hopefully Rui Pinto reveals some more on this later today

@JohnPop8 4 hours ago

100% they had referees on the payroll, Howard Webb and the PGMOL need investigating as well, this is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of the corruption.

What City is doing in the EPL now is exactly what Real Madrid has been doing in La Liga for decades: inflating their fan base, shirt sales, and revenue.
