Wait what? The USA has teachers? No way!

The US definitely have the best propaganda system in the world. One where people don't even know that there's propaganda.

Scandinavian teacher here. Dated an american girl who studied at our local university. One day she came home from uni furious about something the professor said that she didn't think was true. My answer was: "Then why didn't you question/challenge him on it?" The answer I got was mind blowing to me who had just become a teacher. In the US you apparently don't question your teachers and professors. Where I live I expect/hope that my students question me, like I expect them to question anything, because it's the best opening for an educational debate that we hopefully all will learn from. Everyone here is taught to be critical thinkers. Source criticism is mandatory curriculum, introduced to our students from the age of 10-11 years on.

If not for school shootings, we wouldn’t believe there were schools in USA.

I have said it before I’ll say it again.

American kids are not taught they are indoctrinated.

Not even 1 minute in...
"Here in the US we actually have alot of trust in out schools"
Me "well thats fucking depressing..."😂

Is this the time to tell you that the Pilgrims were not escaping religious persecution but decided to leave because they were not allowed to persecute others?

not just taught wrong, but misunderstands the lesson too..

The one that annoys me, Americans are apparently taught they saved the UK from the Nazis in WWII. In fact the Battle of Britain was over before the Nazis declared war on the US.

America has propaganda rather than education.

Actually in Sweden we were also taught about the tongue having difference taste on different places. But that was in the 80s. We were also told the proton, neutron and electrons were the smallest parts of the universe. Today we talk about quarks etc. Science progresses. And btw, America has a secular constitution, it's not a christian country. While some of the founding fathers were christians they didn't want the government to be christian. They saw how other counteries in the past have bad history when a religion rules the land.

4:59 actually he didn't "buy" the patent, he stole it

You may have noticed all the units of measure, for electricity,  are named after Europeans.  Watts, volts, amps, coulombs, hertz, Farads etc

America has the worst education system in the western world.

When I was 11 at primary school my teacher showed the class a gold-speckled rock and told us it was worth £2m. He repeated the story of how he got it several times over the next half hour with the value becoming less each time. Naturally,  his inconsistency did not go unnoticed and on about the third time we began to challenge him. By about the twelfth retelling he finally described it as a worthless lump of stone but the whole class had found the entire lesson uproariously entertaining. His intended message was never forgotten by at least some of us: don't blindly believe what someone in authority tells you.
Age 13 at grammar school the physics teacher made an astounding statement, which utterly defied logic, and proceeded to run with it. After a few sentences I thought, "No, this can't be right" and put my hand up to challenge him. Two others did the same. His lesson that day was to never accept any science as true unless you have seen it proven scientifically, otherwise our lives would forever be dominated by supposition, superstition and folklore.
I often think of this when reading about recent 'advances' in astronomy, particle physics and quantum theory, all of which are accepted without proof but because they 'fit'. And politicians' or YouTubers' utterances carry no weight at all.

Do they ever told you that even your national anthem tune, it's stolen from a British song?

Wow. I'm Australian and I've known for decades that the USA founders were not Christians.

They missed the "American food pyramid", which had nothing to do with healthy eating but what industry groups lobbied and paid the most!

Edison was a MASSIVE fraud whole STOLE most of his "inventions" especially by exploiting a young Tesla!

If the teachers where taught wrong, then they'll pass on/teach wrong information to the next generation sadly.
