Oh it definitely will be creature, there is someone credited as creature designer

"I'm not dead yet" been waiting for your review for this trailer

I just want this creature to be terrifying. That's my hope, while definitely keeping the werewolf feel to it. I'm already loving the retro feel with the square filming and grey scaling.

That scene with the oldest daughter is terrifying. I imagine something subtle and unnerving, like maybe it's just staring at her outside from the window, with the rain and everything, maybe its like pitch black and then you see the werewolf face from a lightning strike.

Tracey, your curls look incredible in this video! Thank you for bringing this phenomenal trailer/movie to our attention ahhhh how exciting!!!

The holy grenade bit from Spamalot is my favorite

Favorite quote - I FART IN YOUR GENERAL DIRECTION!

I loved ya video sooo much
And honestly you gave me a history lesson
I ate  it up! I can not wait for this movie

This truly looks like the werewolf movie I've been waiting for my whole life. This is gonna be a perfect Christmas present

Great breakdown! Eggers is truly a world builder. Nothing in this trailer looks like it was shot in the 21st century. I’m very excited 🐺

i think this movie is going to be like something we haven't seen before

Honestly, I wouldn't mind if the transformation didn't do anything, and he just ended up extremely feral and wild-looking, with slightly sharper teeth and different eye colors.

One of Lorraine and Ed Warren's cases involved a man possessed by a wolf-like demon, i wouldn't mind if that was the same case here and that means alot coming from a huge werewolf fan.

First time I saw the trailer something primal stirred up in my  little ape brain. I want to keep going with this

Yup, solid concern. I believe it will be a beast. I’m convinced that there are a few frames in the trailer, that look like a shadow - side profile of a wolf, with a Howling type ear!

I like that they're going with the traditional spelling, "wer" is literally old English for "man", so "werwulf" just means "man-wolf"- which means when we adapt the term for any other shapeshifter- werecat, werehyaena, wereshark, etc... we're doing it correctly by accident 😅

I really loved The VVitch, the Lighthouse, and Nosferatu (the last one less because of the monster, altho it was good, but more because of the implication about Ellen being the true power in the relationship), so I'm psyched to see what Eggers does with a mythology I actually care about!

Most recently, my new favorite werewolf character is Vigga from Joe Abercrombie's novel The Devils- the elevator pitch is "fantasy Vatican Suicide Squad", and it's absolutely baller. Especially the audiobook, the narrator does an incredible job with the characterizations, I can't recommend it enough, although I will say it's Abercrombie and he does not do happy endings, so be aware.

"I'm sorry to have kept you waiting, but I'm afraid my walk has become rather sillier recently and so it takes me rather long."
I, too, am always thinking about Monty Python 😅

I'm amused by the idea that watching horror movies on Sunday is a step too far for you, when I'm pretty sure watching them at all counts as "sinful" by traditional Christian values... always interesting to see where religious folks choose to draw their lines. 🤷

''YOU KNOW HOW LONG I BEEN WAITING FOR THIS'' vid

O YouTube traduziu o titulo entre parênteses para "tô passada" kkkkk

Definitely excited, but also definitely expecting to be terrified. I actually also hope they don't show the werewolf design in the trailers. Want to save that for when I see it in theaters.

I made a comment on one of your videos suggesting that watching werewolf movies on Christmas Day sounds like a new thing....And here Hollywood has heard me , blessing us with a Christmas release.

10:22 Yeah, Eggers said he didn't want the werewolf revealed until the movie is out.
I'm geeked.   Bi-pedal werewolf = I win,   Monstrous wolf = I win.   Hallucination episodes were human dude kills things......  we'll I'll call it a draw because Eggers does a good flick.

I lost count how many times I've watched the trailer lol stoked for this movie!  Good on them for keeping the creature design secret too.
