Eggers realized that Dafoe has a once in a lifetime face and is going to put it in front of us every chance he gets

Note how both trailers released on a full moon. 🌕🐺

I love the concept of Robert Eggers just making classic monster movies reusing the same cast in different roles like how they used to do plays

They’re speaking with Middle English pronunciation, that’s awesome.

Never thought Robert Eggers would be a Christmas tradition, but here we are.

Eggers collecting Folklore like Infinity Stones

Whoever Eggers’ font guy is deserves a raise. The font is work of art in itself does a great job of establishing the mood and time period.

Some of this was filmed just up the road from me on a place called Dartmoor a place with significant medieval history and contains many well-preserved medieval sites, alongside even older prehistoric remains..Sir Francis Drake employed a coven of witches from Dartmoor to go to Devil’s Point to conjure a mighty storm that ultimately scattered and destroyed the invading Spanish Armada. on blustery nights, you can still hear the witches' incantations echoing across the cliffs.

Eggers said “I didn’t go dark and gruesome enough” on Nosferatu so he gives us this. I’m so ready.

Sound design is INSANE!

A film you can SMELL.

Looks like such a happy, uplifting kind of film.

I like how they hid what the wolf looks like, good marketing

These guys are the only dudes putting movies out that actually feel like the time they're set in

I respect this man making his own version of the Universal Monster universe.

The fucking atmosphere in this film is fantastic

The mere sound of the wolf's howl tells me that this werewolf movie will be a horror masterpiece! It looks incredible!

Just when you thought that it couldn’t get any more gothic!

I've genuinely never been more locked in for a movie in my entire life.

The howl at the end is easily the best I’ve ever heard! I’m definitely gonna go watch this!!!
