America DOES have a 50 cent coin. While they are rarely seen in everyday cash transactions, the U.S. Mint continues to produce millions of them every year.

We do have 50 cent coin and a dollar coin

If you were to give a U.S commercial establishment a $100 dollar bill thinking it was a $10, guess what ? You would be getting your change back from that $100 even if you're the space cadet. Not all Americans are thieves.

The US bills are easier to fold in the pocket or wallet and are all the same size

When you call someone a "Dime" its like calling them a 10/10

The word dime comes from the old French word "disme" meaning "10th part", because a dime is 1/10 of a dollar. Ie, 10 cents

We have a $1 coin too.

I prefer the American notes because they are all the same size and since they are 6 inches in length you can use them as a handy measuring tool in a pinch.

FYI - American currency is fabric not paper- it can be washed.  Also 80% of US bills have traces of cocaine in the fabric.

$1 bills are good for tipping culture in America, also small donations.

Zelle is attached to most bank accounts if u select use. The reason it’s instant

We have Pay Pal as well

We Have Gold Color $1 Dollar Coins Too.

Have you heard the term drop a dime on someone, the means call the police on someone. That is because a phone call in the phone booths used to cost a dime.

America also has a 50-cent coin or half-dollar.  We also have a one dollar coin.

To me one dollar bills are more convenient than a coin however we have a few coins of the same value of a dollar, the silver dollar coin and one you don’t see much of anymore the “Susan B Anthony”..the trouble with the Susan B Anthony coin is it was so similar to the quarter (value-a quarter of a dollar)that it could easily be mistaken for the quarter so it wasn’t really a hit with Americans, also we have the.50 cent piece featured a picture of John F Kennedy on the most recent ones,
Benjamin Franklin (1948-1963)
Walking Liberty (1916-1947)
Barber/Liberty head - (1892-1915)
Seated Liberty (1839-1891)
The older coins obviously more collectible and depending on condition more valuable to collectors but as currency only worth face value

Notes they skipped here: 50 dollar bill with Ulysses S Grant on the front and 100 dollar bill with Ben Franklin. There's also the 50 cent coin with JFK, and 1 dollar coins, which have quite a few figures that rotate with each series including the native American Sacagawea.

Coins are heavy when you start having more.

We have a $1 coin...we hate it!😂😂😂

13:30 we do have a half dollar coin
