Finding your passion in life is such a blessing. MK will always be part of my happy childhood.

The fact that the actors didn’t get royalties is a scam I feel bad they were happy to help them build an empire

1:36:17 I get why people thought Liu Kang's fatality was lame but when you did it on The Pit it was suddenly AWESOME.

I actually wish they had kept that in MKII. would have made the Tomb, Dead Pool and Pit II that much more satisfying to pull off.

40:04 when they showed Scorpion bring directed on the wind up for the spear throw, it gave me such a pure feeling of nostalgia. I thought that move was the coolest thing ever as a kid. I drew Scorpion a lot. I appreciate my parents for understanding that I knew this violent game was just fantasy and not anything to be afraid of. In fact, my mom made my Scorpion Halloween costume from scratch. She also made one for my friend so he could be Sub-Zero. Thank you for uploading this.

1:35:34 "even if I couldn't do the specials..."

David Jaffe 100% using Twisted Metal terminology there 😂😅

I just did the painful task of doing my taxes, by listening to part of this video. Thanks :)

Fuck… this game has been out for 6-months already? Sheesh… time flies, man.

Such amazing history in this video so nice to watch and listen to.👍

Super High Impact Football looks like it has 100x the passion and soul than EA's current Madden offerings.

1:52:19 I can't understand people who actually believe the SNES port is superior to the Genesis one. It has to be because that's simply the one they grew up with. The graphics are about the only thing the SNES has over the Genesis in this case. The music and playability in the Genesis wipes the floor with SNES version.

Now, the Mortal Kombat II ports are a totally different story but I'm not there in the documentary yet lol

Thanks so much for uploading this!

Thank you for this!!!!❤❤❤

I kid you not!!, when the 1st MK came out on SNES, & I didn't see any blood like in the arcades, I got so upset & threw the cartridge hard as I could against the wall.🤣🤣🤣💯

1:21:48 Jeff Gerstmann!

I wished they had done an unedited cut of this documentary once you finished it 100%. I’m sure they have it, all the video stuff together would be great without the pausing. Anyway thanks for sharing it here, not mad at it all. MK4EVA 🏮

Thank You So Much

Thank you! Half of the price was for this documentary alone. The input lag on PS5 made me return my copy

When I first saw MK2 at the arcade with the crowd standing around it, I saw Kung Lao and thought he looked like the Undertaker.

TOASTY !!!

2:12:52 Microsoft paint!!!
