"Ermac Surgery. This theory reads that Ermac had 2 or his ribs surgically removes so that he could Erron Black is John Wilkes Booth."

The health bar being a "Will to live bar" actually makes a lot of sense. Forget the X-rays, even before that characters have specials that burn you, Stryker literally shot people, Scorpion impales you, etc. And I'm sure someone will say "you can apply that logic to any fighting game" and you would be right except we also gotta mention that MK is the only game with the Mercy mechanic. You beat someone up, teabag them three times and somehow they magically get "health" back? Wouldn't it make more sense if they got angry at you taunting their defeat and got a small boost of energy/determination from the adrenaline of knowing they are on the verge of death/defeat and being mocked?

ayyy my comment got featured :D

Tremor absolutely deserves the Lin Kuei lore
Combine that with his MKX bio that says his relations with Kano and the Black Dragon went sour, and you have enormous potential for future plotlines, especially in terms of interactions between him and other factions

Special Forces, Lin Kuei, maybe even Shirai Ryu
Hell, even the Red Dragon, which might take interest in Tremor after he severs ties with the Black Dragon

I have one: Bi-Han was supposed to remain Sub-Zero in MK9.
-Producer Hector Sanchez said Bi-Han was Sub-Zero in the game at some point.
-One trailer used Bi-Han's death scream with Kuai Liang's design.
-Scorpion and Sub-Zero's character trailers used Kuai Liang's design for Bi-Han.
-When Quan Chi shows the vision of Sub-Zero killing Harumi, it's Kuai Liang's outfit, not Bi-Han's.
-They introduced Cyber Sub-Zero, suggesting Kuai Liang could have been cyberised in the first wave now that he wasn't in Outworld during MK2.

tremor being a lin kuei is one of the best theories imo. would explain why a monster like him would serve kano. most lin kuei we known are very honorable. if tremor also defected when they wanted to cyberize them and kano and his black dragon maybe saving his life from an attack would explain why he follows him willingly and doesn't try to take over cause he is clearly the strongest of them all.

This One finds it intriguing.

My personal theory is while Sonya an Kano were captive during MKII Shang Tsung took them to the flesh pits and made a clone using both of them. During the hubub of the events of MK2 and 3 this confused clone escaped to Earth.

It's Kira.

Raiden had no choice but to send a vague message to his past self. If he said "Shao Kahn must win", past Raiden would have let him win MK2, which would have allowed him to invade and merge Earthrealm without violating the rules of the Elder Gods.

I feel like there’s another hidden clue that M1K was supposed to be Injustice 3. Reptile’s shape shifting in combat seemed like they were experimenting with animal morphing. In other words, that was how we’re working on Beast Boy as a potential character in Injustice 3. Possibly as DLC since he’s dead in the story. Maybe the Animalities were also part of the test but it’s the fact that Animalities were always gonna be the next special endings of MK after Mercy and Friendship was introduced in MK11.

Ah yes, you explained that very well and definitely understood everything you had to say 8:39

That taven theory is crazy

That Scorpion from the Live Tour felt like a jumpscare lol

Onaga didn't lose to Shao off screen in Armageddon, he grabbed a shao clone. Which is why shao's positioning throughout the battle is inconsistent.

The Kratos/Quan Chi being brothers one makes me laugh because there have been a couple games I’ve have tried to create Kratos in and I haven’t been able to get his Tattoos right and he ends up looking more like Quan Chi lol

13:10 - further potential proof for Tremor being former Lin Kuei in MK Deception's Konquest mode, all Lin Kuei trainees seen at their temple wear brown.

Personal fan theory I have been thinking about recently: Kotal Kahn is Meat in the original timeline.

Meat was a creation of Shang Tsung's Flesh Pits in the OG where in theory Kotal died. Kotal was able to escape the Flesh Pits after Shao killed Shang in the NRS era.

Meat uses blood related attacks. Kotal uses blood magic.
