You need TEX AVERY: SCREWBALL CLASSICS VOLUME 1,2, & 3

I would you to another one for Hanna-Barbera next.

The classic shorts are genuinely the best era of Looney Tunes, such top tier cartoons to watch

It would be awesome to get more Looney Tunes volumes. That's a sweet collection. Thank you for clearly describing the different eras and for explaining which sets focus on certain characters. You did a great job! Looney Tunes are always a treat!

I definitely recommend getting the Golden Collection 1-6 set. Even with the shorts getting HD releases via Vault, there's a TON of bonus features that aren't getting re-released. Also recommend Quackbusters. Besides the film itself there's several shorts from the 80's and 90's as extras. Stuff like Invasion of the Bunny Snatchers and Blooper Bunny.

I hope we get a HD release of Porky Pig 101.

This is insane timing. I've been thinking of buying all of these recently 😂

Cool video! The thing you said about Disney is true, but wasn’t in the past. Around 2001-2009 Disney released all of their old cartoons uncut and uncensored as part of the Walt Disney Treasures collection. Sadly these are out of print and will probably never be rereleased and go for insane prices online. Would love to see a video on them though!

One thing worth mentioning about the Collector’s Choice and Vault Blu-Rays is that most of the new cartoons were previously restored for HBO Max with a few new restorations sprinkled in. The Bugs Bunny 80th Anniversary Blu-Ray also has this as well.

The only dvd's worth keeping around for Looney Tunes are the Golden Collection sets and the Porky 101 set. I dream of a day where all Looney Tunes media (let alone the animation Warner owns) is available on physical media

It’s an absolute shame we haven’t had any blu ray releases of Tiny Tunes and Baby Looney Tunes 😢

Just buy them all. There's only a handful of repeats between them.

Nice one. I got the Bugs Bunny one which is fantastic. With the collectors choices I actually have all 4 volumes in one boxset which is fantastic.

Warner Archive being allowed to release the Looney Tunes was a blessing. It’s a shame that this is a niche which is why it’s not Warner proper anymore, but the fact that the Archive division has much different expectations have been great for something like this! I really wish Disney did something like the Archive as I don’t think their fans know how niche some of their titles are, and I say that as a Disney fan

It's like that all of those Looney Tunes shorts are not for kids but for adults to watch. I'm an adult and I watched them and I had a great laugh.

That’s all folks

I just have to say that this is the video I've been looking for! My dad raised me on Looney Tunes cartoons. And I've been wanting to have them all on blu ray! Especially with whatever is going on with WB and Paramount

I own first-print copies of the complete Platinum Collection on Blu-ray. Volume 1 came in a holographic digibook, with not just a simple guide book, but full color art, test sketches, history tidbits and more. Volumes 2 and 3 haven't changed, but they originally also including a nice cardboard slipcover and guide booklet. I definitely now want the 'Choice', 'Vault', Bugs and Mouse sets! Meantime I have the complete Golden Collection on DVD to compliment my Platinum set.

My wife can instantly tell when I have put on a new Vault Collection release cus they look AMAZING! They are all blu rays but the restoration process keeps getting better and better over the years!

I remember finding volume 1 of the golden collection at a Barnes and noble which led me to buy the whole golden collection. Unfortunately I got the rereleased version and I wasn’t a fan of how the dvds were set up. I think I got a bootleg version too since a piece of the plastic easily snapped when I tried to get a dvd out. I’ve been hoping to find the original boxed version of the dvds but if I can’t I think I’ll get one of these versions instead. Thank you for breaking it down!! I’m a huge looney tunes fan but I didn’t even know half of these releases existed
