I have Hunter trauma, it was my first to 60 right at the end of vanilla and shortly after 70 in tbc. I could not ever get an invite. I literally gave up, rolled BE Pally and played all of tbc as holydin.

Bear = beast

Perfect reading comprehension

Nice to see the slight buff to Sniper shot.  Still seems a little awkward having to stay still for four seconds then still having to close the distance once the range buff wears off.  And Lacerating Strikes feels really underpowered if it's still 40% damage over 21 seconds....deep wounds is 60% over 12, is a third tier talent and happens automatically on crit instead of needed a special ability to land.  Using two points to get hunters mark to help trigger it doesnt feel that great either.  Feels like it could be changed to "any melee ability" and still not be that great because the dot itself is weak.  Now if the unresolved damage adds on to the next one so the dot continues to grow that could be something, but only if you can consistently get it to proc.

5:00 many of the pet family abilities have cooldowns. The bear swipe has a fairly low CD whereas the crocolisk mortal strike was a 30 seconds or 1 minute CD.
There will be no such thing as permanent uptime without massive changes in the future.

Aspect of the BEER! <3
Love it

I just want to know about Brokentooth and Deathmaw's attack speed 😢

Maybe im off but i dont like aimed shot sharing cooldown with multi shot instead of arcane can someone explain this to me i didnt read that much into it

the pet thing is cool but utility wise you can only use one pet and if you want to swap you still need a stables swap.

Man theres gunna be so many hunters, I kinda wanna sandbag a lil bit cos its my favourite class and its gunna be tough to group come 60 with millions of hunters.

I had a Hunter alt in Vanilla, so I decided to main Hunt in Classic 2019... Love the class, and a good hunter actually can pump early phases.  Hunters in classic, have only a couple things really holding them back from just being S tier all around imo... I wasnt expecting this much love in Forever, and I expect there will be tuning needed after launch as well... for instance on avg, as MM in classic pets would account for 15-20% of your overall damage on a boss pull, thats with micro managing it as well... you very rarely would have 100% up time on your pet doing DPS... lone ranger just flat out granting 20% dmg is massive... if they dont tune them down a bit, I think they will be top ranged DPS.

Man's said: poggers in the hole

Heard you got Supatease unbanned last night? Damn I didn’t know streamers had that kind of power.

Hey man question - havent played since wotlc coming back for forever. Rolling horde Undead or Skyborn. plan on doing pvp - how much would I be shooting myself in the foot if i took skyborn rogue vs undead? 1-10

The Deep Dive is a bit misleading by saying Hunters can't Stun/interrupt. Beast Mastery has Intimidation (1 min cooldown pet stun), Marksman has Scatter Shot (30 sec cooldown disorient) while Survival will be able to use melee in-combat Freezing Trap (18 second cooldown with talents) so all the specs have something. They should have said they have few ways to Interrupt or limited on-demand interrupts rather than none.

So I'm seeing Hunter pets completely replace rogues poisons... Like every pet has a better alternative than rogue with poisons.. lmao tf blizz thinking

Are stables still only 2 slots? With that many cool pets i could see me spend a crazy amount of time collecting pets

An 11 minute video is not a deep dive

The trap change is a huge nerf to hunters in PvP. You could have multiple people trapped before and easily drop a new trap with FD or endlessly chain frost traps. With a 30 second cd this is not possibly and is a really bad change for the more experienced hunters. I wish they would have made this change in how traps work a talent and not baseline.

Also making Multi shot share a cd with Aimed shot is a big nerf as well, it does much more damage than arcane shot and basically makes the ZG trinket useless which used to be a lot of fun for burst combos.

hunter or priest hmm
