This episode felt like a finale, I’m glad John isn’t easily compromised, he is a hero with morals and integrity.

I think the sheriff's loyalty to Zoe is much deeper than just saving her from those men. I think Zoe is the reason Kerry was able to have a baby. Kerry said that she gave her a miracle. She's talking about her kid.

Shout out to the make up and props department. John's burn wounds were so visceral and real

Zoes love isn’t real. it’s literally just to manipulate everyone to protect it. Everything Zoe did was self protection. Nothing she did was selfless.

Something I was surprised you didn’t mention, Hal saved himself and John in the motel when it blows up. To me that proves the burning in the car was unintentional

Am I the only one that sees Zoe as completely manipulative and self-serving? She isn't emotional about Abin-Sur, she's putting on a show for John. That's where the, "I see you " fits. He's saying he's seeing the monster Zoe really is. And Antaan isn't speaking the Man-Hunter language, he's speaking His native language, that she taught to Makin as part of her cover. She is a cold, self serving creation that was more than likely intiating a hostile take over of Earth, through her manipulations.

I’m calling it now, the kid shot Hal, he’s a manhunter “the miracle” that Kerry was talking about. “ remember what I told you “ - Zoe, Zoe also didn’t try to stop her death which was her main priority

One thing that needs to be mentioned. Hal ruined John's covert sniper mission by flying in, grabbing the bad guy and flying him off. John ruined Hal's plan of grabbing Zoey and flying her to Oa by sniping her. I thought that was interesting.

John refusing to let the ring change his morals is why he is a hero. Beautiful writing for this intro of lanterns

Episode so good I was actually satisfied with the ending only to find out they got a couple more episodes to follow. Bring it.

41:26 you got this one wrong. It wasn't HER language, it was HIS language she taught Macon to use for when the day came.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't feel like Zoe really did love her "family." I feel like it was showing us just how efficiently manipulative the Man Hunters are as infiltration agents. I feel like the whole episode highlighted their ability to know how to perfectly manipulate everyone around them, except this time SPOILERS it was the Man Hunter that got manipulated by John at the last second. If you treat Zoe as the perfect psychopath, as an artificial life form, it makes sense.
