In this video I am review comparing two digital music streaming transports from Eversolo the T8 and the new T10. Both do pretty much exactly the same thing however there is a big price difference between them and I am hoping the video will help you decide if its worth paying the extra for the T10.

Hi Terry. I’ve always enjoyed watching your channel and this video was no exception. I’ve been waiting for Eversolo to bring out a transporter streamer and now they have two. You’ve convinced me to go and listen to the T10, as I love what Eversolo are doing at the moment. Their products are very well priced and have good specifications for the money. They are getting better and better in such a short space of time. Keep up the great work 😊

I ordered the LHY Audio LPS-T8 | Linear Power Upgrade Kit (EMI AC filter board, an LHY AUDIO hand-wound shielded toroidal transformer, a DC linear regulator board, and OCC copper internal wiring) to see what will happen, I also have another T8 to compare.

Watching and listening to you with my Eversolo Play CD, wanted a system for under $1,000US. Pretty impressive for the money, including speakers and sub.

Excellent presentation. I recently sold my T8 and bought the T10. I was never able to A/B them and enjoyed the T8 quite a bit... but I want to beleive the T10 sounds better...hehe. I'm OK with spending more, it looks better on top of my Z10. main thing is my wife is happy too. Thanks.

Great review with well thought approach, finally (most other reviewers do not consider the connections and the clock source). The review results appears to be consistent with the technology being implemented where I2S provides more improvement than the USB. This makes sense since the I2S will now use the OCXO clock from the T10 instead of a more inferior clock on the T8. Couple with improved power, isolation etc, I2S should sound noticably better. On the other hand, it also makes sense that the USB provide less improvements, since the clock used would be the same OCXO clock from the DAC Z10 and not from the T8 / T10.

Good summary. Thanks. In my system I have a T8 with a USB connection paired with a Gustard R30. I think the T10 is a great product - I would have chosen it without hesitation - if I could. But since it only just came out, the T8 will remain. I love it. When the C10 (master clock) comes out, the T10/C10 will be a higher price - an endgame for me in the digital platform. Enjoyable listening experiences to everyone!

I can imagine some people are disappointed that the T10 Doesn't use the angular styling of the DMP-A10.... BUT of course another 10 series DAC would then be needed for those that want matching boxes.

Hallo, endlich eine Gegenüberstellung die aufschlussreich ist! Ich besitze den T8 und bin sehr zufrieden. Aber ich habe beim T8 schon die clock- Eingänge vermisst.
Aus meiner Erfahrung sind das genau die Punkte , wo es sich lohnt anzusetzen. Also….. ich habe einen T8 zu verkaufen……😊

As always you do a great job of comparing products and explaining differences. I really enjoy watching your videos. I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on 3 streamers that you have had the privilege to enjoy in your system. Previously you reviewed the Matrix NT-1 streamer, and now you have both of Eversolo’s streamers, the T-10 and T-8. If you had a revealing system, and wanted to make a system switch from analog to streaming music, from different subscription services, which streamer would you prefer or want in your system? Going into two different styles of DACS. HOLO AUDIO MAY KTE and Musetec MH-DA006.
