I own an Eversolo DMP-A10.
Overall, I am very satisfied.

There is one thing that really bothers me, though. The difference in volume between the internal player and a CD player connected to the Toslink input is significant.
An acquaintance of mine reports the same issue.
I don't think Eversolo thought this through properly.

I have the Wii Ultra and use the Mojo 2 as the DAC. Would this blow my setup out of the water? I'm a headphone user only.

Listening to a borrowed A6, I took the leap and ordered an A10. Is it worth 3x the price? Don't you love that question no one but the buyer can answer? Having spent a few days with the A6, I can perceive how A10 can be smoother. hope I'm right. Will let you know.

I could not find the T8 and Eversolo DAC in stock in time for Christmas or I might have gone that way.

The D10 doesn’t have HDMI eARC. It only has HDMI ARC. Totally different HDMI generations.

I'm currently looking for a new streamer/DAC/preamp combo (I already have a power amp).
I'm considering the Eversolo A6+dac/A8/A10.

However, the preamp section in both the A8 and A10 is just a passive R2R volume control, and the +10dB gain is only available when using analog inputs (RCA/XLR).
So their marketing is highly misleading when they claim it's a true preamp.
That's why I'm hesitant to buy it.

I need DSP room correction.
FIR filter is now available on the A6 as well.
FIR should be superior to PEQ, but unfortunately I haven't heard a direct comparison myself.
Can anyone comment on that? Another option would be A6/T8 + separate dac.

Also, the A6 and A8 have no subwoofer output — what's up with that, 2K price and no subout?
Even the Wiim Ultra includes one.

My Eversolo A10 was only about 6 month old and it died. I think the PSU went out in it. Fuse was good. Complete waste of money.

The price of the NAD M66 has dropped in the UK to £4800, so has anyone compared the Eversolo A10 with this? Both seem to have a massive amount of features including room correction, digi in/out, sub controls etc. so if the NAD has it on sound quality it might be worth the extra outlay?

Tip: get a longer usb cable to plug the mic directly into the A10 for room correction and skip using the phone. Works great.

Thank you John. Where/ how would the relatively ancient Lyngdorf TDAI 3400 fit in this mix, if at all, John? You showed it some love previously. Then there's the newer TDAI 2210...

I have found something odd with my DMP-A10. To start with. It absolutely sounds better wired direct than WiFi connected. And something else… Tidal connect sounds different than Tidal.. why? Not sure but it definitely does! 🤷🏻‍♂️
