They let kanye swear and have all the uk artists that had historically been excluded from that scene in the background on stage

“College” is what you’d Call junior and senior year. We used to be able to stop school at 16 and then pursue work, or stay at college/6th form. It’s called post 16 education and it’s supposed to last until 18 legally. You have to be in education until 18 but the last two years are up to you to decide what step to take. It could be a practical apprenticeship, or a work traineeship. ‘College’ is normally just a university prep stage where you either choose a single vocational subject to take on (BTEC), or you select 3-5 subjects to study and be graded in (A (advanced) levels). In some cases you can do a mix of the two. But it’s supposed to give you the tools to either go university, enter a higher level apprenticeship, or get straight into a career

Its actually mad how many of the Grime scene in some way play an instrument and had some form of at least basic music training. I really think that an make a huge difference. I myself am a guitarist, but the thing that taught me more about playing guitar than anything else...was learning to play drums. I had rhythm be fore drums and I could feel it all good, but I did not understand it to a level were I could break it down into components and then build from those, and all that phrasing was 100% portable to guitar, except, I was better at guitar so it was easier for me to do, this became the biggest positive for my Riff writing.
I am guessing , because I dont MC yself, but learning even small amounts of instrumental stuff really helps. I think its partly the knowledge you get, but also the re frame of musical perspective. .
But yeh anyway, there are quite a few very talented MC's that also know how to play an instrument

react to ofb crep shop

Can you react to Doechii’s new EP?

I’m actually quite mad at Dave I’m the guitar can’t lie. Piano is fair enough he can play but that brits performance with the guitar he’s only doing chords it ain’t what people think. He’s not out there doing a full solo at all
