Sure this games side content wasn't all that and a bag of chips, but the story of brothers is very sweet. I never minded the repetitive nature of the powers because they were useful in different scenarios. I miss this series terribly and wish we could return to it one day.

You and I are the same age. And seeing you talk about this game and the early PS4 days like something that happened a long time ago really makes me feel OLD. I feel like it was yesterday

Honestly I remember the one thing disappointing me in this game was the paper trail. I was hoping so hard we’d get some kind of paper or origami power, but nope. Also great video man, the editing was insanely well done!

Delsins powers makes sense though, cloe was becoming a master of his power, delsin is a jack of all trades, he doesnt have the time to master them all

fucking love this game. i was chilling at my babysitters house at 10yrs old when i saw my friend playing infamous demo on the ps3. and when i turned 13 i bought both infamous 1 and 2 for the ps3 and the festival of blood dlc. and had a fucking blast. i love the feel and vibe of the first game, and the second games gamplay was so fun and had a high skill ceiling, in second son just kinda dropped the ball. i go back and play the first 2 games more than i play second son.

There's rumors that Second Son was supposed to be a second wave title, but another title got delayed and SP had to move the schedule up. So perhaps a lot of the half baked and underwhelming writing is because they had way less time than planned. But those are just rumors.

Sidenote: Anyone with siblings has totally had a shouting match like Delsin and Reggie's in the intro. Very realistic lmfao.

My eyes, the infamous second son is such a masterpiece, fun gameplay, fun story, and plus you have the power like a power sponge

I’ve been a fan of this series since I was 6. For my whole life I was only able to play the first inFamous game cause it was the only one my brother had and he had the final say of what games we got on his consoles. I played that first game so many times and was only able to keep up with the series through gameplay videos and reviews on YouTube. I’m 20 now and I’m finally able to buy the games and go through the rest of the series (I’m on Second Son now). These games (mainly the first one) really made me feel like my choices and thoughts and decisions mattered during a time when I felt like they didn’t. I hope one day in the future we can see more from this series but I’m so thankful to every name in those credits for what we were able to get

56:50 Also the fact you don’t see what emotion is on his face when he does the orbital strike makes it so much more chilling

This is so crazy. I remember running home after school to play infamous 2. It will always hold a special place in my heart. Loving these videos! New favorite YouTuber!

I have yet to find something that gives the series enough respect
But my search seems to end here
And I didn't just find respect
I found much more than meets the eye
Loved every video as they made me relive the games in a new way it felt like the first time again
I loved infamous 2 and obsessed over 1
my biggest problem is that i got infamous 2's ending spoiled on me exactly after finishing the first with my jaw dropped
Even after finishing 2 i felt i could've enjoyed it more if it wasn't for that one comment
But watching your videos
Even though i now what's gonna happen
I don't wanna see it
I don't want it to end
I only searched for respect for the series but you gave me more
The experience that i lost and never got to see
Thank you kc deku
Thank You

Funny thing is that Second Son was my very first inFAMOUS game back in 2014, as well as being the first game I've ever gotten a platinum trophy for. I haven't gone back to replay it since getting that platinum trophy way, way, WAY back in 2017 (my first PS4, the OG model, got stolen, and by around 2017, I've made my PSN account), but I do recall enjoying it despite the problems more seasoned fans see with the game.
