The Return of Fun PlayStation

PlayStation seems to be in trouble.. or directionless at this point. I love PlayStation. What do I think would help? My words mean nothing but I put it into a YouTube video.

If you want to support me, I would greatly appreciate it! And if you don't, that's fine with me too! You do you. I post behind the scenes videos, extra content, and more. Thanks!

Apologies in advance for my rambling but I got to be honest, as someone who is in their early 20s, I fucking hate this console generation. Last gen I found underwhelming and Phil Spencer came along and ruined what made xbox, xbox. The xbox 360 era was peak gaming. I use my series s to play good fun 360 games from the early 2010s or earlier. I own a ps5 and playstation's exclusives just don't do it for me especially nowadays. I like the Last of us 1 only, the Uncharted games are cool but thats it. I'm more a 360 and Nintendo guy in 2024. Thanks for making videos like this. You deserve more recognition. Awesome video and editing, dude. 🤘🏻

Nice video. Yeah sony needs to capitalise on that growing market for nostalgic, lower budget games that have a greater emphasis on creativity.

To me ps2 gives such a nostalgia that no other console gives but now I have a ps3 superslim its futuristic.

We've reached the point on YouTube where there's secret gems like this one that don't even hit 1k views within the first days because there's just so many creators.. and still, if you keep this up, I'm sure it won't take long for the algorithm to catch up!

I'd love to play Astro Bot. I'd LOVE to. But I'm not buying a PS5 if I can't immediately buy it's worth in games. I need at least 8 games to justify grabbing the base console, and PS does not have 8 games I'd care to play so far. On the wait for 8, a couple of the few I was actually interested in even came to PC. A few more Astro Bot tier games might just clear that hurdle for me.
