Major news outlets including CBS News, NBC News, ABC News, Court TV, Law & Crime, Boston 25 News, The Boston Globe, the New York Post and others continue to cover the Lindsay Clancy case as her attorneys prepare for a second trial. During Lindsay Clancy’s latest court hearing, defense attorney Kevin Reddington raised several new arguments and questions about the investigation, including Lindsay’s memory of what happened, forensic and DNA evidence, her body temperature, the exercise bands, the cut window screen, the cup allegedly containing crushed medication, and whether investigators adequately tested Patrick Clancy’s account of that night. Some of Reddington’s latest statements also appear different from arguments made during Lindsay’s first trial and from previous public statements about the case. In today’s video, we’re breaking down exactly what Reddington said, comparing it with his previous statements and trial arguments, examining the prosecution’s response, and discussing why his latest comments are once again fueling questions and speculation surrounding the Lindsay Clancy case.

This case is starting to anger me, seriously. No one is thinking about bringing justice to the innocent lives taken, CORA, DAWSON & CALLAN. Not Patrick, not Lindsay, not the lawyer, not the jurors… no one is thinking about the kids that were brutally taken away from this world by the person who was supposed to protect them. Someone has to pay for this. SMH. Rest in peace, little angels! 🩷💙💙

If there is another trial they need to sequester the jury

@MonicaScott-ds3bl 20 hours ago

Then how did she know she heard voices if she had no memory of what happened????

@chelseapercy4144 19 hours ago

That female officer sitting on the side has had enough of this BS

Even confessions have to be proven in court and cannot be solely used for conviction. That's the law.

@CosmicCando5 17 hours ago

No matter what side your on its weird that Patrick's story is the entirety of the investigation

@gilliandawson6567 18 hours ago

The main problem was that the police did not do a thorough investigation, instead they went in with the assumption tha Lindsay did it, and assumed everything Patrick said was the truth. They never actually did an investigation to PROVE that Lindsay did it.

Those poor babies I couldn’t imagine the fear 💔 just hurts my heart , I wish I could save all babies. I just wish this didn’t happen

@kelseyhaag6427 19 hours ago

I just don’t understand why there wasn’t a proper investigation!! The police went with what Patrick SAID and that was that. It’s insane!! I think the police failed this case!!!!

@NachoNormalCoup 18 hours ago

Also, she had a memory of cutting a screen that never existed. Come on man! Why did Patrick have a trove of her discontinued meds in the console of his car? He is not a medical professional but Lindsay is and she is capable of discarding the discontinue meds properly without the need of her husband. The police NEVER investigated any of the crime scene. They LITERALLY repeated “Patrick said” the entire damn time

Can’t wait to hear your perspective on this Ken Urker/Gypsy Rose situation. 2026 has been a doozy 🤯

@RensinkRamblings 20 hours ago

Of course he did. He saw a way through and tried to take it. Rest in peace sweet babies! Hopefully someone will fight for you!!

@Beardedbeastt 19 hours ago

They need to release the 911 call. We need to hear it, that way you can shut some of those people.

@sierradawn1995 16 hours ago

Her sitting there, letting him spin this narrative, her knowing damn well she did what she did infuriates me

@vetervgolovy 17 hours ago

This now feels like a circus

@keristreno5612 9 hours ago

Redington has some legal issues of his own.

@tiffanyhansanuwat7556 15 hours ago

Well someone did that to those poor children. The fact that the husband was never investigated and his word was just taken as fact is the weirdest thing ever. All I know is someone did it and needs to be held accountable.

It seems as if all these adults don't understand how things work! Reddington is doing his job.. his job is to make 1 sngle person have doubt, that's what he's doing! He's preparing for the next trial. Like it or not, he's a great defense attorney, watch him work!
Alas, everyone seems to ignore prosecutors changed their stance last second in the trial! It's what attorney's do!!
