A viral West Virginia TikTok couple is facing explosive new charges after police say surveillance video caught them allegedly setting fire to an abandoned home. Dakota Harper and Felicity Eatmon are accused of using a piece of paper and an ignition source to start the blaze before allegedly returning to the doorway as the fire grew.
