The best part about old Marvel was that they were just trying shit. The worst part about old Marvel is also that they were just trying shit

Love how C tier characters Molecule Man and Psycho Pirate played really important roles in their respective crossover stories.

Doesn't this mean that Thanos is obsessed with a random reporter from New York?

I've never seen a character with so many retcons
This video must've been a nightmare to research

Crazy how the beyonder went after like 5 heroes to teach him something but they teach him jack shit, but then he goes to one mob boss and he teaches him most of the basics

Moral of the story: a sauceless fit can haunt you for decades.

I miss pre retconned Beyonder, they didn’t know what to do with him. Just like they don’t know what to do with Jean Grey Phoenix. Over powered characters are usually the hardest to do.

Am I the only one that thinks a goofy, comedic, beyonder movie after the secret wars is exactly what marvel needs? It re-introduces the major players with him moving from hero to hero to understand humanity, exactly how the book does. Plus “why are clothes?” Is comedy gold imo

You can definitely make arguments for and against total immortality, but "Now I can't even kill this rose and I don't have to eat" is an absolutely braindead take as to why immortality is bad.

Pre recton beyonder:top 2 strongest in marvel.
Current beyonder: random dimensional being who is equal or less powerful than a celestial.
That's basically what is going on with the marvel debate about the beyonder.

Can't blame him for wanting Dazzler.

What if Pre Retcon Beyonder is the true Beyonder, but some powerful enough reality warper is constantly altering his origins as to weaken the Beyonder. Beyonder like Sentry and Void, their origins and power levels change with every story they’re in, why I feel a greater reality warper retcon would help patch the inconsistencies.

Tbh, kinda a fitting name for someone that is beyond the writer's interpretation by design and forever stuck to the name.

So instead of Lady Death it's Lady Dave?

I liked his all powerful version. The concept that he just is a universe, but one in a mono concouse, trying to understand what its like being something more. And in death it fragments into the thing he was trying to understand the whole time.
