Send it to skinny fat friend?! Bro I am the skinny fat friend. 😅😅😅

Dude already has a good physique to begin with. I have yet to find someone who's skinny with a real big pot belly and real excess love handles.

Approach failure, consistency and patience.

Thank you for being the first gym youtuber I've come across that doesn't make me die of cringe. Just reasonable advice without all this weird ego tripping. Most guys you can feel the female rejection and lack of hugs as children. Thanks for this bro, you have no idea how bad I needed a channel like this.

Insane early pull

The underlying point makes sense, get more muscle. But i'd be careful to say getting stronger is the key to not being skinny fat. Training for strength is different to training for hypertrophy, i can get super strong and be skinny fat. Sure you will might get some more muscle, but strength is neurological mainly where as muscle size is governed by training for hypertrophy.  I think the key is to diet down to where you are skinny fat, and then buckle in for the long haul, cos from that point you need to eat more and train for muscle size, but also make sure you're not in so much of food surplus that you are getting fat again. the calorie surplus should mainly come from eat more high protein food to fuel muscle growth, but then you should basically be cancelling out the caloric side of that surpluse with cardio so thtat you still get the nutrients from the extra food, but you dont accumulate too much of the calories. And then also there is recovery. its tricky and not a quick fix. Expect the worst: that it will take years, but hope for the best: that if you lock in will take many months instead.

While this video has been made dozens of times already - by others as well as you - I don't think I've ever seen it distilled so precisely as I have with this video. Rock solid 💪

Eat well, train well, train often, and evolve

Thats the Point!

I thought I was skinny fat and I gave up on gym and now I am just a fat guy, can I still follow these advices? I don't have enough money for the coaching program I am a student dependent on my parents

Do a training vlog

How to do it as a teen

Great video! Doesn’t surplusing with skinny hands and a belly lead you to be chubby even if you lift weights and have a progress on weights? Isn’t it better to have 0-20% deficit?

Ok
