Wanhee got us clicking while knowing exactly what he’s about to say 😂

sometimes what we need is a reminder and not new ideas and thats exactly our brother is doing here ❤

bro releasing the same video for the 169th time

As an experience "gym bro" of 15 years. Everything this guy said is 100% the way to do it. Don't over complicated things. If Aesthetics is what the aim is then this is the way. No need to struggle learning a new lift every week and getting overwhelmed.

I rewatch Wanhee's videos to stay in my consistency lane! I've lost 25lbs (11.36kgs) in the last 6 months. Thanks brother!

This guy is catching me red handed.. 😭 dang. I'm guilty of many things he has mentioned. Excellent video brother

true I got a decent physique with consistency, stay hard🌸

Some really are just making it harder for themselves.  Their main enemy is themself, they refuse to listen to others, thinking they know enough and going about it their own way.🤷🏻‍♂️

Really love how you talk and communicate!😊

5:34 I also like Jaxblade's 3 legstool of fitness which is nutrition, training, and rest. It follows the same idea of if you skip on building any one of these, the stool falls over.

I'd say you're in the same category as my other idol Kinobody. Movie star / superhero physique rather than the goofy hulk look

the only things is, you mention minimising decision fatigue but then recommend 4-5 meals a day for skinny guys, like the eating enough (without spending money that i don't have) each day is quite mentally taxing and simply unrealistic for me at this time, so i don't really know what to do if i'm honest lol

Starting my 3rd 18 hour fast as I type this. Thank you for the extra motivation!

The best thing is “ciao bye bye” at the end of the video. Is like “deal with this information”

Thanks so much man
I really appreciate your refresher
I’ve been here for a while man - love your content

I love this new aesthetic body like a model or gymnast becoming more popular.

Gone are the days of bulky bodybuilding!

You never fit in a suit properly anyway

With daily weigh ins I have a rolling seven day average and as long as that average is lower than the previous average from a week ago, all good. No panic on daily fluctuations.

Thanks bro! :finger-red-number-one:

Your advices are goated and miracles happen when I follow them, But I don't know about that muscular wallpaper advice man.

Please make a video on reverse fasting!
