My guru posts. I listen.

I think the hardest part of dieting are my friends. I love them, and they are super respectful people. But we see each other like twice a week to share food ( mostly junk ) . I don’t want to leave them cause they are really good people , but it’s hard

That was 20~ min of good and real coaching. You came with many ideas that I never heard before on Youtube.
I am glad that you confirm that pain, and extreme effort is not needed, and comes from movies and stereotypes.
Also, I want to follow my own path, which is for now : 3 sessions of PPL a week in my basement (30 minutes max).
Using a bench, 2 pairs of dumbells. I might get a kettlebell too. But barebell and a rack, it is too big invest in cash and space.

Walking 10k day, sleeping 9 hours when I can, eat less processed, 2 or 3 rest days a week, no training that might turn into injuries or joins pain.
I feel so peaceful inside of me now.
Next step, is too affirm my new identity, because by not doing it, you let people put labels on you.

Take care and really nice english speaking ! You can well express your ideas.

idk when i ever i watch a wanhee video he just talks in a way which is so reassuring and calming. makes me feel lik everythings going to be okay.

Fantastic once again! Love your content. Thanks for sharing your knowledge & real life experience. Appreciate you.

I substituted a cup of tea for anxiety eating.  I get the same relief with zero calories.

This man is the truth, kinda stumbled into these pointers by just trial and error, an must admit it works, especially the alcohol and processed meats .

Thank you man for this video. It really helps to listen to someone with experience in fitness. I'm making some progress,  going from 35% body fat to 29.5% in three months. Greetings from Chile!

Splash of milk to keep the teeth white

You need to focus on 2 things
1. Eat quality food and eat it less than necessary
2. Workout 2,3 time a week
That's it, anything other than that is over complication

Can you make a video on how I should tell my grandma to not cook as much for me…
