Yes yes the people! I got a bit carried away and rambled on with this video - need to learn to keep shit succinct. Hope it’s helpful anyway. Shouts again to all the people who provided me with their pictures. Have a good new year and I’ll see you all in 2020. Big year incoming! 🙌🏻👊🏻

"Teach a man to Fish.........sorted for a while" hahaha this guy.

Nah mate it’s, set a man a fire, and he’s warm for the night. Set a man ON fire, and he’s warm for the rest of his life.

I mean, I’m pretty sure that’s it.

The simple way to explain skinny fat is a person that looks skinny clothed, and 'fat'/'soft' naked. Skinny people can actually see the muscles when naked, they are just small/flat muscles

SUMMARY 14:40.
I do recommend that you watch the whole thing though.

I wasn't skinny and got fat, I was fat and got skinnier cause i grew taller. Welp, now I'm skinny fat.

Anyone else?

“When you touch em, they jiggle a bit"

finally someone adressed all the youtubers claiming to have been skinny fat when they were just skinny

Here's a super basic rule of thumb I like to use:
Diet controls your size and exercise controls your shape.
If you aren't super big or super small, just soft and saggy, then no diet will help you. You need to get stronger.
If you have a great shape to your body but you're just not as big as you want to be, or you're bigger than you want to be, no workout will help you. You need to change your diet.

Thanks joe I just realised I’m gay !

Joe's last words on his death bed: big up square space

“If you’re 30 and above, your best listing days are behind you...”
Fuck.

Yea I’m definitely skinny fat...I have a small chest and skinny arms but I have a pot belly...I’m 16 and I should be in the best shape of my life but I don’t even wanna take my shirt off when I do to the pool...hopefully this video will help

Committed to the turkey dinosaur lifestyle

Is there a better feeling than eating a pizza without a guilt knowing that it wouldn't mess up your fitness plans? Agoge Diet thank you for everything!

I used to be skinny fat, this guy has got it bang on. There's also a hormonal an dietary problem with skinny fat people.  Increase protein to at least 25% of total calories minimum cardio and have some Ashwagandha to reduce cortisol and increase testosterone.

Eat right and work out. Don't make excuses. Be consistent.
