it's a shame cuz most content creators on youtube i've worked with don't give this amount of creative freedom to leave 'silence' moments in videos. It's just constant spamming of sound tracks underneath. Your totally right in this video! What you explained is real emotion and storytelling!

watching this after getting rejected

Awesome video, man!

I tried to improve my editing, and the moment I started to pay attention to the music and emotional impact of the scene, my video started to perform better. Thanks for sharing your knowledge! 🤘

Using your advice in my latest edit and it’s a game changer!!

Josh, you’re GREAT!!!!! 🙌

i love your videos bro

this man is GOLD

love the breakdown josh hopefully theirs also breakdown of how to edit apply bg music and sfx of SaaS products tech  videos

Do you think it would ever make sense to design the audio first, then write the script around that?

Talk about "do and teach"...You're good

Good stuff, bro

would this be the same concept for gaming videos? i’m learning to edit my own videos.

what a gemm! men i think i need to learn sound design and sound scoring? because as a editor when after i finish the graphics and cuts i just straight jump find 1 music then lowering the volume for the whole entire content... huhu i need to learn more :< (maybe becuase I'm just burn out of this editing visuals that's why im bored when it comes to sound design???)

Gem video, what about short-form video. Can apply these tricks on that

Man, if video editing is already oversaturated, then I don't really know where to go lolll

I mean, what do you do? It's an industry, I got skills, you got skills. Skills take time to learn. You don't just acquire those skills on Day 1. It's like I'm on a ship that's sinking but what am I supposed to do? It took me a long time and lots of money to get on the ship. If I were to pivot to something else, it would be another period of learning, grinding, and acquiring new skills to be in that new industry.

This is so fucked, bruh

Iron muskets former client  jeff nippard’s video.  the drop out dentista who wont take ya picture.
