Was it society, or his dad? This could have been avoided from day one, parents deserve more scrutiny

Dude aged 20 years in only 2, actually insane what damage these drugs can do to your body

This is genuinely sad. My mom has sleep apnea, smokes and drinks heavily, and has had a stroke. She is 62. I cannot imagine a 16 year old going threw half that shit. He needs someone to get him out of there asap.

How are his parents just not even present at all? Kid got sponsors/endorsements before he could legally have a driver's license and the parents weren't involved at all? That's absolutely maddening to me, man.

8:16 he pretty publicly lost his mom to cancer, it’s not an excuse for his dad not setting him straight but it definitely has some effect.

Giving 16yo kiid that much free will is absurd. Idk where his father is in this story

@genomstudios2159 2 hours ago

No one failed him, people can only do so much to help... regulate the companies that sponsor people like this

The fact that we are seeing the ramifications already is not a good sign

Aww, he was a cute, little lad that seemed to have some light about himself @0:33. Some people think the light in them is weak, so they start exhibiting dark or lower-level behaviors to shed the light

I hate and love social media. I love it because you get people who actually help and have healthy examples of themselves that they don't portray as perfect. I hate it because when some 16 year old sees another kid blast gear, and get even a modicum of views, they copycat it, and chase clout like it isn't shortening their life spans.

At 16 I drank my first beer, went to school, read comic books and played video games

When I go natty to sleep aptnia, that's when I know I need to start running again.

People need to go ahead and speculate, more aggressively, about these parents and how good they might be and even their motivations for allowing their kids to do these kinds of things.

I wasn’t expecting The Forgotten Method of Body Transformation by Andrew Parker to be as interesting as it was. I originally picked it up because I wanted some new ideas for my fitness routine, but I ended up spending just as much time thinking about my habits and mindset. There were several parts where I stopped and thought, I’ve been doing exactly that. It’s the kind of book that makes you rethink your approach rather than simply giving you another list of exercises.

I have severe sleep apnea from the size of my neck since being a teen. Almost ruined my life until I was diagnosed and started treatment.
I can not imagine what the effects would have been like combined with gear use. Kid's going to be cooked if he doesn't change.

He isn't burning the candle at both ends. He's taking a flamethrower to the entire candle. He will be very lucky to see late 20s.

8:30 I’d rather die than exploit my child like that

His Dads heart might be absolutely broken for his wife and both of them could be utterly lost. Who knows? Hopefully if they aren't close they can make room for one another after the posting this public (possible) cry for help. I hope he's able to feel safe enough to turn to his father for guidance and support. This world can be so ugly but love can overcome some very intense situations.

I hope he let's himself go back to being a boy. There's plenty of time for cardiovascular disease and a cpap machine in his 60s.
