I discovered this channel over 4 hours ago and haven't stopped enjoying hours worth of videos. I'm sick at the moment, so thank you for helping me forget my cold. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time.

In Germany we cook some kinds of potatoes without peeling and either peel it after or eat with the peel. Naturally you scrubb them before very well. I think the same is done in Scandinavia.
The aroma of the potatoes is much stronger this way and you keep a lot of nutrients which would get washed out, also you can be lazy.

Went to my Irish husband's family for Christmas this year. Three potato dishes and all were perfection.
