This movie was 15 minutes of battles and an hour and 45 minutes of him crying about Josephine

This movie should be a series. It's impossible to comprise Napoleon's life in just three hours.

This is no where near how Austerlitz went.....

I really dislike the lack of historical accuracy in this movie.
But the sound design... I gotta admit, it is very good.

This is more like how a pirate battle would take place rather than an actual napoleonic battle..

"Let them think they have the high ground!"

He says from a hill while everyone else is in a valley...

I don’t think people realize the size of this battle. In American standards Gettysburg was huge and had roughly 95K men on the Union side. This battle had over 150K men but was 60ish years earlier and nearly 500 miles away from France. Holy crap, and this was in the middle of winter!

I hate how this movie just skimmed over napoleon's masterpiece...

Whenever he could, Napoleon chose the battleground. And he was the first to use semaphore communication, making him able to adjust his tactics on the fly. During the battle of Waterloo, his army got bound up in a fight over a barn, one main barn anyway. You can look all of this up for yourself.

More than 200 years have passed and the Brits still make a psychopath out of Napoleon, proving how much they feared him.

I didnt know that Napolean brought Monks to do Gregorian chants during the battle.

I like how everyone in this movie, no matter where they're from, has a British accent, except for Napoleon whom has a staunchly American accent

10/10 this movie is perfect
