Killed by many defeated by none. Natsuki Subaru

jesus, the captions are killing me. "battle goose", holy shit.

13:06 there are checkpoints basically that happen on their own after he reaches particular goal, he doesn't control where they are, it just gets updated. Its like automatic saving in video game.

20:26 its a riddle about constellations of our world, stars in world of Re Zero are in different places and don't have same names.

Honestly if a person suddenly appears out of nowhere that seems to have a gut feeling that is terrifyingly accurate I'd just assume they can either see the future/came from the future, have an uncanny instinct and can predict things without any evidence or are just way beyond lucky so everything they say turns out correct even if they are bullshitting.
Regardless what it is I'm not gonna go against them or ask questions as long as it seems to help me and if it doesn't... well not like I can do anything about it...xD

The prophet who solos everything in 1 try

He just seems like a guy that knows everything at all times and his plans always work. He's like that one guy with a crazy plan that always works

The fact that only 11% sub just means your getting recommended. Seriously if everyone who watched was subscribed or even just a majority that would say more about your channel growth

I think it would be very cool if you could check out of the Re:Zero IF routes side story. There is one for each sin except Envy which is considered the main story. Pride, Greed, Wrath, Gluttony, Sloth all have sone amazing stories though I can see someone who hasn't watched the series be very confused but regardless it would be a fun watch.

23:05 here I leave you. Season 4 is arc 6 and there's just a couple episode till it's done and ya boy is hopping straight into that novel content.

Sin Arch Bishop: "Your acting as if you're crazy undermines people who are actually crazy." (or something like that)
Shows me how the crazy person underestimates the mental torment that would make him change his mind.

I'm glad zehn's been making more videos on Re:Zero, there's a lot of content to squeeze out of it, it's intriguing

You can literally edit the entire Re:Zero anime and remove his failed attempts thus creating the "perfect run". You'll see how crazy Subaru character is.
Despite him being weak his luck, intelligence and future sight makes him look like an OP Isekai character.

I don't know where, how or when, but I heard a few years ago that someone took all episodes from Re:Zero and cut out every death Subaru had, making it a single life run where he's basically some kind of all-knowing deus ex-machina that has sudden spasms quite often. I couldn't find the archive or who made it to watch it myself tho.

Yeah, I never realized how he is just a SUPER POLITICIAN lol.

12:40 Subaru has a checkpoint like a game, I just will say this the strongest assumption that maybe true rn based on someone in the series stated that whenever he dies Subaru restarts that world.

12:45 it's basically a video game checkpoint. It autosaves at a specific moment, everything that happens after that moment gets reverted if he dies. Like if you died after finishing a long quest in a game, but forgot to save before you died, you have to do the quest again.
No one remembers anything about it other than him, for them all it was one continuous timeline.

14:34 he’s smart but he’s ignorant in a world he has no idea about. Yet he’s in the dead center of their most sensitive events. So even if it’s more disastrous for his own safety, with Subarus abilities any “life” that helps him learn as much as possible will be the EXACT reason he’s dangerous next time. So just talking to everyone as much as possible is the best usage of his time

You should watch Kazutrash's "THE NAMELESS KNIGHT - The Memory of Re:Zero's World" for the public's view on Subaru, without rem or Julius with him, as the world has forgotten them.

13:00 Think of it like a video game when you die you go back to the last saved point and start again( basically new timeline)
