Flipping is a big problem in videogame collecting too. Retro game prices in particular are out of control

I see it both ways as well. Its annoying for collectors if they miss out. But at the same time if he's buying it and keeping in demand, then it keeps it going. People always need to research and pay prices that seem fair, no one is forcing anyone to buy anything.

people seem to fail to realise this. not everyone wants to work a job for 60-70 years to retire, they want to retire young so they can enjoy their lives more. the title "scalpers" is basically someone who intends to profit on what they buy, and i dont see why this is bad. they want to stop working a job and work towards a business that they can run and be their own boss. people dont blame any big company for doing the same thing but on a massive scale, yet us small businesses get all the hate. let that sink in.

Snake oil acts of buying limited releases only for purposes of selling later at an increase price. Not good. Disgusting. No excuse for such things. Wouldn't even consider looking at Aussie Flipper on YouTube as a result.

flipping has negatively impacted a lot of stuff. I hate flippers

It's why i just bought most star wars 4k series, it's clear they wont drop in price and only increase, scalpers know this. Andor is already there in full scalping (500 pounds).

These these i make a double estimation 'what is the upper limit and lower limit' if the lower limit is not that much lower and upper limit is much higher, then i just buy. It's a non scalping item that will drop in price over time i wait. Good example is Pulp fiction steelbook is now 19€ (normal 35€), normal disc is 16€, so i buy steelbook.

You were really lucky on constantine. More and more out of stock and scalping prices. My shop stopped it's sale (2 for 30 pounds), but i managed to use code and get it down to 21.6€ (pretty normal price for 4k disc). Dont want it gone.

But movies like Free Guy, way to casual, sorry i'm speculating on lower price and waiting.

6:00 if Aussie Flipper only cared about telling JB Hifi to keep putting out physical media, he'd wait 1-2 weeks before buying out the entire stock. All he cares about is how much money he can make.

Hope you're doing well Jamie!

Don't really like the practice, denies someone who wants the movie/series in their collection a genuine chance at a bargain. While it's good for the sales at JB. JB would have had the same sale if a person other than a flipper bought the same item. I'm sure JB does great sales during this sale.

What happened to the flippers ebay store?  No Items listed for sale?
