I'm a German living in the UK and lol love our village pubs! It's definitely part of the British culture. Chippy tea afterwards of course

Drinking outside? Wait till he sees a beer garden, it will blow his mind.

Can't drink outside, can't cross the road without being 'helped', can't drink until 21 yo, mandatory tipping because employers expect customers to pay their staff's salary, and very limited paid holidays.
Why is it called 'the Land of the Free'? Is it just to gaslight Americans, to hide all the actual freedoms they are missing?

One of the great delights of English life is drinking a pint or two of good beer, outside, in the sun, with a couple of good friends and just talking crap!! Heaven on earth!!😂😂🍻🇬🇧🇬🇧

A pint in a countryside pub garden in summer is lovely

Mate, you need to come visit a British riverside pub. There's nothing better than sitting next to a river having a pint in the beautiful British countryside while watching the swans and ducks swim by. Maybe even have a pub lunch with your pint. Need an example? Take a look at The Fleet Inn, Twyning, Gloucestershire.

Daytime: yes, do remember that in the UK in the summer it can still be light at 9-10 pm.

We always take our children to the pub for lunch. Especially on a Sunday for a traditional English Roast dinner. It's a very relaxed atmosphere.

Drinking outside is strange to an American, just like walking down the road with an ar15 is strange to a Brit?

An American finding out that America is not as free as the lie claims that it is 😂😂😂

Drinking outside is a very normal thing in the whole of Europe in the summer ❤🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧

Nothing better than a beer garden on a warm summers night having a tipple

I'm 62 and for as long as i can remember we've always been able to drink outside. Which of course is great in the summer when it only starts getting dark at 10pm. Ooh can't wait for summer 😊
