Getting the sports add mid watch was jarring!!

watching the downfall of syndey sweeney is like watching a girl you used to be friends with in highschool get pregnant and married to a 25 year old as soon as you graduate

wild to think she was in the handmaid's tale

I have never understood people who claim to be artists but not political, because art is political in and of itself. For example, if it were not for politics, she would not be able to pursue her interests in the arts. Just a cowardly way of not speaking up

Nicole. you honestly need to know this. you pushed me to see a doctor and get my OCD diagnosis finally. you inspired me to get the help i needed and though some days are horrible… most are great. thank you nicole. so so much.

holy shit always she comes in right when i need something to watch

I really liked her back in 2022-23. I thought she was really misunderstood based on her character Cassie and incels calling her ugly. I liked how she worked on cars and seemed media savvy.
Instead, she has chosen to cave into the incels and has trapped herself into sex based roles for the entirety of her career. She is talented but has now refused to speak up for human rights, even when given the opportunity on LIVE TV,  and SOLELY caters to the male gaze. The same audience that was bullying her, when women defended her...
She gives me the ick now.

"I don't think she stands for eugenics" I think she does. I think she knows EXACTLY what she's doing. she doesn't deserve any benefit of the doubt.

An argument I haven’t seen often is the stigma that’s still around sex workers while Sydney Sweeney gets to do full nude sports ads, just because she’s an “actress”, we now fully produce porn as ads while real sex workers can’t be monetized! How fun!

"they dont pay actors like they used to" lmfao live within your means maybe. She's worth millions. World's smallest violin

She has always struck me as the girl who doesn’t have any friends who are women. Even in the way she acts, it seems like she is secretly competing. Weird vibes, every time. Reminds me of the girl who thought she could steal my boyfriend. Didn’t succeed btw.

43:11 calling Sydney Sweeney the biggest movie star in the world when she’s not even the biggest movie star in Euphoria (Zendaya is right there) is hysterical

Nicole Rafiee changed her intro; it's officially halloween

yet another pop culture controversy of which my only takeaway is "wow, that's really sad". being this male-centered in your life, career and finances is a very fleeting security under the patriarchy. they'll turn on her, and now she's alienated the people who would genuinely sympathise with her. I don't like her by any means, but it's a real shame

trisha is on the wall i’m so excited (your advocacy about ocd quite literally saved my life i woudlve never know to seek a diagnosis and help without your openness with your struggles thank you so much my life has improved tremendously)

i worked at american eagle when the first ad came out. the amount of white maga ladies who came in saying “i’ve never shopped here but i just had to come support you guys i loved the ad!” 😬😬

Genes are passed down from parents to offspring

the blonde wig is giving Italian mob wife and it looks amazing on you ♥

holy refresh pull... now i can EAAAT DINNNERRRR

I think there definitely is a privilege to be able to not fully see the harmful actions of words and ads she has done! Sydney Sweeney is a grown woman who can be as educated as another person. It seems as though people (right or left) put her actions as an innocent white woman who has no agency in knowing what she does and the effects it can have on the masses.
