The third (and final) in my series of reactions in honor of the passing of the great Tim Curry, is "Legend," starring Curry as "Darkness" and a young Tom Cruise as "Jack." Directed by Ridley Scott, "Legend" is a fever dream of 80s fantasy with beautiful and breathtaking sets, a lovely score, and memorable characters that make you feel like you've been transported into another universe! And I actually got incredibly emotional (and yes, I cried) over the unicorns!!

-It was convincing enough that real birds and other animals started taking up residence in it
-There was a fire and the whole thing burned down with like a couple weeks of shooting left on the schedule. When Ridley Scott heard he went to go play tennis. When one of the producers heard this he called Scott, furious; who then asked the producer what the proper response to such news should be? After considering it, the producer agreed that going and playing tennis was a lot more rational than flipping out.
