After approximately two and a half hours of deliberations, the jury returned its verdict in the Caleb Flynn murder trial — finding Flynn guilty on all nine remaining counts, including aggravated murder and multiple murder, felonious assault and evidence-tampering charges.
The jury also returned guilty findings on the associated firearm specifications.

Before the verdict came down, Billy was joined by East Idaho News journalist and Courtroom Insider host Nate Eaton, who had been inside the courtroom throughout the trial. Nate takes us behind the scenes of the Caleb Flynn case — what he observed from Flynn, how the jury reacted during closing arguments, the atmosphere surrounding Ashley Flynn’s family and church community, and the biggest unanswered question hanging over the trial: Where is the gun?
Then the verdict arrives.
The jury finds Flynn guilty of aggravated murder, murder, felony murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence. Each juror is individually polled and confirms the verdict.
