One of the all time great stand up (sit down?) comedians. Brilliant.

We had him on danish tv back in the 70`s, when i grew up, that was one of the few things that would gather the whole family, in front of the tv. He was hilarious.😆

If Dave was still with us it would give him so much pleasure to know that young people are still laughing at his comedy. He was unparralled as a storyteller

He remains one of the best comedians. He could pull you in and keep you entertained week after week, always a treat to look forward to.  And to think, he would smoke and drink too whilst telling us his jokes.

I remember watching Dave when I was stationed in England from 1970 to 1973. One of the best ever. Had a religion joke every show.

Always a pleasure to laugh along with you sweet Sarah...Dave's delivery was simply awesome like that well placed pause when he said "I didn't put him there to be happy"so we could all reach the proper conclusion in our minds...we need laughter like this more now than ever...Karl from Canada🍁🍁🍁

I watched him on tv when I was young, and I have a DVD set of his tv shows. He’s hilarious. Thanks for the laughs Sarah.

This - was - HILARIOUS! His comedic timing is spot on. I love to laugh and this was some good medicine. Thank you for this reaction, Sarah - you are a gem!
🤣🤣🤣

“…I was going to say, why are you wearing the bishop’s shoes” 🤣😆🤣

So brilliant. 😂

That was hilarious!  And, Sarah, your reactions were delightful!

In Living Color, with Wanda, in "The Dating Game!"  Comedy

Dave Allen is hilarious - glad you enjoyed that - great reaction!! And into the hole he goes - brilliant!!

Don't forget to breathe. Nice reaction.

Hilarious!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It is said that in the late 1970s RTE the Irish public broadcasting company had a de facto ban on the Dave Allen show due to it's perceived anti religious content. Dave Allen , however, still made personal guest appearances on the channels chat shows.

Nice one of my favorites😀

Love your reaction. I first saw Dave Allen in 1979 and I'm still laughing!

Your laugh is so contagious!

Dave Allen was a god of comedy.  If he was still alive he'd be in prison by the polically correct nut bags😂
