Absence of conscience, empathy and remorse is a very destructive individual capable of great harm to others.

Folks with aggressive personalities have
'Absense of apprehension', 'lack of adaptive fearfulness', and 'lack of conscience' being their greater shaper of character.
Having an innate abhorrence of subordination.

I've watched literally thousands of narcissism videos and THIS explains so many traits I've been perplexed about for decades!! Such a wise perspective this man undoubtedly knows what he speaks about thank you so much for clearing up things for me as I continue to deal with narcs and other character-disturbed ppl in my life. I stayed with a bully for many years I left him for good 5 months ago watching videos like yours gave me the strength to get away for good its only in the last couple of weeks he has finally backed off I had to threaten him with a restraining order  he was still causing me problems I could never get my head around his character his anger his jealousy but now I get it they cannot love you because they dont know how once that is understood it makes it so much easier to stay away from them  ps I met him in 1989 surprised I stayed sane I am now 51 thanks for your information it is greatly appreciated

I can't believe you don't have way more likes and views, perhaps that is one of many signs of the times because, I think your perspective is invaluable and completely different from most out there currently. I thank you for taking the time to put this out there so people like me can find some validation, and others will eventually find it. You are so very right and the times are not good at all. In some ways, I wish we could completely go back in time, to when values mattered and people had integrity....you know, the 50's - before I was even born, LOL. But all kidding aside, even the 70's or 90's were innocent compared to the present.

You’ve just described my ex-spouse who is a serial cheater and lived a double life unknown to me - he cheated with hundreds of random hook-ups, unprotected sex with men, women, couples, groups for years.  He didn’t care about putting my health or life at risk.  He has no conscience, morals, or soul.  He is a monster.

I am so glad to have found dr. George Simon's YouTube channel! He is telling the truth...not the story that all of these evil disturbed personalities have such shame, are insecure or do their behaviour because of trauma. More therapists truly need to learn this!

Haven't seen this yet, but I wanted to point out that no one is mentioning the shouting that Will Smith gave to Chris Rock. It's all about the slap. The slap is battery, the shouting is assault, as far as I know. Both can cause PTSD.

People really do need to be more discriminating about who they marry and decide to have a family with. My father was a very intelligent and successful, but at heart naïve farm boy - my mother made his life a living hell. She looked like a young Elizabeth Taylor when they met. She came from nowhere - no family or friends. A nurse from overseas. He did his best to love us - but there was no way to compensate for the sheer malignant toxicity of a personality like this.  She destroyed my brother and my father eventually just drifted out of view. By the time he passed, he wasn't recognized by anyone. She sucked the life out him - and she did the same thing to  my brother. My two older sisters were her chief enablers, and of course I was the scapegoat, sent into exile - not literally, but with all her lies and projections. When I finally stopped TRYING things got better. I stopped trying to "love" her, or understand her, or accept her, or forgive her. What an utter waste of energy it is to love these personalities - relationships are weaponized. I can now admit that I hate her  guts because that is the only normal feeling about personalities like this. And my religion despite the misinterpretations = has taught me to love the good and hate evil. I look forward to not hating her anymore - to simply forget I ever knew this demon. The trail of destruction they create is real.

Powerful words to not excuse this type of behavior for low self-esteem or ways we can empathize with these people. Some people are bad and out to harm and that’s all there is to it. There’s no empathetic meaning behind it.
