Truly a Fantastic spread of Texas BBQ! Watching this made me want to eat it all over again... then I remembered that this brisket is still in the fridge, Lunch Sorted!

I know you're in Texas which is basically home of BBQ but damn the quality of cuts you can just walk in and get from a supermarket is incredible.
Imagine being able to walk into a Tesco and get that brisket and those ribs. A man can dream! 😂

For Evan, Bradley, and Joe to compliment your barbecue, you know it's got to be well beyond good barbecue.

Absolutely smashed it. Loving the HP sauce addition, I think I'll have to try that myself.

Brad could not, nor should not resist the sausage urge.

I like the videos when you all get together as a group and talk barbecue

When you get comments like that from the "who's who" of Texas bbq, you know you're doing something right. Well done!

Bro is steaming at about 10 mins. 20 beers deep and still puts that tray together. 10/10

Amazing looking tray. Im sitting here in the chemo chair watching this, missing cooking and eating bbq. Thanks for helping me get by with the great vids. I only watch a handful of bbq channels, im picky as hell, you are one of them, thanks again. Must be great cooking with brad and that crew.
