GTA6 is starting to get close and I wanted to squeeze in a little Last of Us before we transition into GTA-mania next month. Enjoy!

1:40 "they are insane for taking this much time to update random shit nobody is going to notice" - The Random shit noticer

Dude could make a video on the different types of browns and grays in ps3 era shooters and I would enjoy every second of it

To be fair, if I were living through a zombie apocalypse I would probably also barricade a door with an unreasonable amount of mattresses if I had access to them

18:20 0-1 refers to the score that the search and rescue people had on the ping pong table

Something I noticed whilst playing through this recently, after meeting up with the leader of the fireflies for the first time, and take refuge in the warehouse, theres a blue scissor lift in there, nothing special right just some set dressing? Well, funny thing, I'm a mechanic that specialises in this specific type of machinery, so naturally I wanna see how close they got it, and good lord they basically recreated an exact make and model down to identifiable features that only one specific machine has, I was excited so I called my wife in to show her. She was less excited. But still very cool to see, something I certainly appreciated from Naughty Dog

I live in Pittsburgh and our hotel rooms are known for not all having doors, about 60% can only be access via the famous Pittsburgh Bathroom Hole.

I think those X-codes are pretty straight forward. It's for 01 ping pong tables in this house or "Rats!", there are no ping pong tables in this house.

25:10 they should get the point if it actually does rain in salt lake city on that night

1:32 Fire alarm technician here. Those should be heat detectors, not smoke detectors. Smokes in kitchens lead to many nuisance alarms. That's why we put heat detectors in them instead.

At this point when he said he would love to talk to someone at Naughty Dog I expected it to transition to a Zoom call

Team armoire is in the doorway.

13:24 "don't say that it's behind that armoire"

that's a rage bait

17:53 To be fair about the X codes, those are severely outdated by the time we encounter them in-game. If we assume that they were drawn immediately after the fungal catastrophe, then those codes would be over two decades old, and whatever information they convey won't necessarily be accurate after all this time.

14:06 There has to be a door behind the Armoire because in the floor below they put mattresses to block a similar indent.

3:35 I really like the idea of a developer at Naughty Dog being like “…well I can’t get rid of ALL of the balls”

For the fifth one, the two rooms are identical, one above the other.  On the ground floor, the door-way nook is filled with mattresses, and you climb up a bunch of stuff, including an armoire, to get to the next floor.  On the second floor, the entry nook appears to be just blocked with the armoir.  You can see the crown molding go behind it next to it, so maybe they didn't model a door back there, but if we are going to accept the blocked mattress hall, we should accept the blocked armoir hall as an entry as well, shouldn't we?

This video reminds me of when I randomly become aware of houses as I drive by them on my daily route, then I all of sudden start looking at all the details when I drive by them

16:30 the rat problem is probably long gone considering their is 20 years that went by before the initial outbreak to when you play the game

14:12 but you can see the armoire is in a doorway in both versions of the game and the floor below doorway is in the same place
