After Seed of Chucky, it has become necessary to roll it back and go a little more serious and creepy because there's only ever two modes that horror can ever even try to pull off.
What was the result? Is Chucky back? Is Chucky peak fire once again?

I gotta say, Andy being on high alert for life and instantly pulling a shotgun the second he was delivered a box he didn't expect is by far the most amount of sense anything has made in this entire series

Just to let you know the guy who kills chucky at the end is Alex Vincent. He is the actor who played Andy in the first 2 movies 💯

Im still baffled how Chucky moving around got progressively worse as time went on.

From the very start you can hear how much Chucky has sucked the will to live out of them.

In universe the killer doll Chucky is apparently well known enough for them to make a movie about it and they likely discontinued the Good Guy dolls because of it. So when he shows up to new places still going "Hi, my name is Chucky" how aren't people immediately creeped out/ Suspicious. Especially when people start actually dying.

It does feel like the Seed of Chucky has tainted EFAPs opinion going forward which honestly?....yeah I get it lol

Okay Curse was WAY better than I thought it would be. Lol The extra mask on top of Chucky explains why the model looked as bad as it did, so I'm glad about that. The cast wasn't as strong as previous ones, but it felt more like a story. Also, Andy at the end with the shotgun was beautiful. XD

At the very least fighting a cripple is a better excuse as to why the MC can't just throttle the two-foot doll.
And it's really weird how the normal Good Guy redesign looks so bad, but once the scars are revealed and the hair changes, it actually looks pretty decent.

Chucky's face from the thumbnail is a perfect representation of how I felt while watching this movie; a mixture of astonishment, confusion, disgust, unexplained joy and the certainty of approaching void.

Seed of Chucky jumped the shark into a dumpster fire that was on train that was about to derail.

MauLer: "Chucky vs Godz that sounds like a fun idea"
The Chucky Show: has a whole plot thread about a priest trying to exorcise the Chucky doll, and how possessing the Priest gives God an excuse to sever Chucky's connection to Damballa

Fun fct about the lore added with the TV series, turns out Sarah never actually called the cops on Charles. Tiffany was jealous that he was killing people without her, and also because of his obsession with Sarah.
The show also tells us that Young Charles was a fucked up kid, doing shit like noticing a booby trapped apple had a razor blade in it and happily injured himself eating it. And then gives another apple (just as booby trapped) to an old woman (who is much less happy and calls the cops on him for it).
