This is called a Recomp. Losing fat while maintaining or gaining muscle. It’s not easy. Esp naturally

There's no better motivation if you see how changing your fat percentage changes how people treat you. Then you get fat again and lose it. You really feel like you lost a super power.

I say this all the time. How ever much fat you think you have to lose to be shredded add 20-25 lbs.

I think a lot of people are predisposed to have an emotional connection to food, while people like us do not. That’s the key problem for a lot of people out there who can’t manage weight and fitness. It took me a long time to realize that a lot of people really do eat for comfort from various ranges of emotion. I was overweight for a time in my mid twenties, but that was from working nights at bars, eating poor quality food, drinking and my wife making huge portions of food that I we had no business making just because. It just never clicked with me that it was so hard for people to shed the weight because of this deep, psychological connection to masticating 😅

😂 Same.   I was 220 and thought I be ripped in the 190s.  I too was like “oh crap” lol

Bro with the superman curl going crazy  😂
I respect it.

Insane transformation! I went from 220-163 as of this morning and have at least 5-10 more to get that lean!

15:24 It’s reassuring to me to see young men being wise. Gives me hope.

Hilly billy superman

Nate looks like such a young Brad Pitt doppelganger it's crazy.

Yup, found out I can get an 8 pack, but I have to be soooo lean

Great results, and if shows how much more fat we carry than we think we do. Respect to both of you.

this is me at like 15% rn. realizing my face still chubby and still got vicersal fat. im ripped af in my arms and got a two pack. but long ways to go

I was extremely lean in my 20's. I lost the plot and founf myself fat in my late 30's. I am 41 now and I am trying to lose it. Started at 260lbs of fat and muscle, did some changes and I am going down again. I am at this funny stage where I have defined muscles but still look fat.

May god give you strength in your hard times like you help others during theirs.

Great conversation! Gangster transformation!

I really just love this convo! Listened when u posted and again today. Will be coming back to it on a very regular basis

That chart was crazy too see… looks like an upside down version of my credit score .
