Blumhouse is a studio where I have a toxic relationship with bc when they do me good they do me good but when they go bad they stomp my face in with the trash they will make lol.

I love the phrase "It's somewhere between the sunken place and the Grabber's basement." I think Cody just helped me discover a new phrase.

It's 3:30 in the morning and I have to go to university tomorrow, but oh well, sleep can wait two more hours

Him putting Insidous 2 in grabbers basement already broke my heart but then him putting Megan above just pissed me off. 😂

12:20 I fricken love Oculus. The mirror is cool af, the acting was pretty good, really good in some parts…now aside of the fact there was some bad decisions, it was really exciting and entertaining to watch.
The idea that the mirror causes hallucinations, blackouts/time gaps, doing things you have no memory of doing, was awesome imo. Slowly feeding on your spirit and sanity.
Then you have the deeper layers of family trauma. I think it’s an underrated gem and for me, rewatchable af.

When the trailer for Old played in theaters for the first time in my area the whole crowd I saw it with was riveted right up to until Shyamalan’s name came up and then everyone simultaneously groaned in disappointment. I’ve never felt so connected to a group of strangers before or since.

I'm a simple man: when Cody uploads, I get happy. When Cody uploads a 2 hour video, I get REALLY happy! Gonna be a fun bingewatch!!

Blumhouse is like Sony Animations: one year they make the Emoji Movie, the next year they make Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse

I didn’t realize they had so many films.

The Tale of the Deadman's Float is often ranked as the best episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark?, and it's about a haunted pool. There is lots of potential there.

Cody’s videos always kinda feel like hanging out with a friend. They just help me relax and I’m always grateful for them.

Also this video reminded me of SO many movies I’ve seen but completely forgotten about. 😂

With the inclusion of so many movies, we get a great sense of scale in the diverse group. Your explanations are thorough enough for each that we really understand why you’re putting them where you are. Really nicely done and you make it fun.
