Favorite final girl is...hands down Nancy Thompson. No one else even touches her. But if there's a runner-up, she's not even on the list, it's Kristen Parker from "Nightmare on Elm St. pt. 3; Dream Warriors". I feel like it's not even fair to compare anyone else. I think she was one of the 1st "final girls" who utilized her intelligence more than anything else. Don't get me wrong, she was a beast too, but her strength was her intelligence. Maybe I'm a tiny bit bias because that's my fave horror franchise w/my fave horror monster (Freddy). I was only 6 when it came out, & that's when I saw it. That began my love for horror...& it scared the s**t outta me. But Nancy was my personal hero lol

Sidney and Laurie have to be in the Scream Queen territory

Sidney Presscot is easily a scream queen for me, I love her and she has some sick lines such as: “Don’t F—- with the original.” And “Not in my movie.”

Jenna from the Friday the 13th remake was my favorite and I still will never forgive them for killing her!! 😭😭

“The entire cast of Black Christmas 2019” 😂😂

What I liked about Jessica Biel's character in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake was she was interested in doing the right thing but she just did it so dumb that everybody died, which is the part I don't like...

I just disagree with Samara Weaving. She threw boiling water on the butler's face, clocked a child and bashed the mother's head in! All after being put through literal hell. Bad bitch all the way.

Great list!

Totally agree with the high praise for Mia in the Evil Dead 2013 film. Her character was very well done, and excellent acting.

I love rewatching Alien bc Ripley was RIGHT! She said don’t let Kane back on the ship, and got slapped for it, but she was right! And look what happened. If they had listened to her from the get, Alien would’ve ended right there lol

Erin from YOU’RE NEXT is so underrated! Glad you’re giving her some shine. 🍿🔪

xenomorphs are the true final girls, the species always found a way to survive Ripley

Damn Cody..The general public considers sienna a scream queen so you dropped the ball!!!

Putting Grace as just a Survivor in Ready or Not almost gave me whiplash when I heard that. Nothing shocked me before that, but that one beyond stunned me. Bad B*tch should have been the floor for her ranking.

I understand the take on Sally Hardesty, but I always found Marilyn Burn's committed and terrified performance to be one of the most realistic aspects of the movie. Yea she is screaming her head off, but I think it is very convincing at least. I would definitely say she would be either Survivor or Got Lucky, because the girl definitely has some endurance.

“well, im gonna do my thing. rooting for the killer.”

im fucking dead 😂great tier list, Cody!

@anthonya1778 2 years ago

What about the def chick from hush. She’s %100 in bad bitch at least. She tried everything from the very beginning to either keep the killer out or to take it to him.

Brenda from Scary Movie is the GOAT!!! LOL

@StrapOnRobbie 2 years ago

Love the list, but I was surprised you didn’t add Iris from Would You Rather. The way it ends, maybe being the final girl isn’t always the best thing. 😂
